  The customer must notify the cancellation by email via the campsite's email address.

  File fees and any insurance costs are never refunded. The date on which the cancellation email is received determines which cancellation costs apply.

  For rental accommodations

  • Up to 30 days before arrival: 40% cancellation costs
  • From 29 days before arrival: 100% cancellation costs

  Unused additional services:

  • Additional services that have been booked but are not used will not be refunded.

  Non-cancellable / non-modifiable stays:

  • Onlycamp may offer special deals or rates that are non-changeable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable. In that case, no refund is possible, not even for extra booked services.
• Payment information

  Deposit is 40% – 100% at the time of booking. The remaining amount must be paid no later than 30 days before arrival.

  For bookings within 30 days before arrival, the full amount (100%) must be paid immediately when booking.
