    • Cancellation up to 8 days before the vacation start date: A voucher worth 30% of the reservation amount, valid for a vacation until June 30 of the following season, at all Seasonova campsites, will be issued by the campsite. Any other amount paid by the customer will be refunded within a maximum of 3 months.

    • Cancellation from 7 days (inclusive) before the vacation start date: The customer must provide proof of cancellation. The campsite will issue a voucher for the total reservation amount, valid for a vacation until June 30 of the following season, at all Seasonova campsites.

  • Payment information

    A deposit of 30% The rest of the amount must be paid 30 days before arrival

    IT IS A SCAM!
    We made a reservation on booking, the pictures showed a bungalow with a room, kitchen, bathroom, electricity etc.

    When we got there they gave us a 3m2 elevated tent made of plastic, with no electricity, no ventilation or light of any kind, plastic mattresses and pillows, and charged us 30€ for dirty linen.
