Fantastic site, comfortable accommodation and wonderful access for messing around on the river for all ages.

A beautiful campground, well-located and fairly quiet. The unique experience of seeing the Dordogne River flow right through the heart of the campground, combined with its location in this magnificent village, makes it worth a visit. A really nice campground that blends in beautifully with nature. Clean, well-equipped, and great for kids.
Ideally located between the two branches of the Dordogne River.

We rented a bungalow in the middle of the August 2026 heat wave—without air conditioning. Honestly, we didn’t get too hot; the river kept us cool. There are several access points where you can either swim or play with the pebbles.
The staff is friendly, and the activities for kids are great. The fast food is good.
There are lots of places to visit in the surrounding area.
The town has everything you need within walking distance.

We are mid our holiday here and have booked one of their premium ‘evasion’ chalets. It’s our 8th Huttopia stay over 6 consecutive years and I’m sad to say this is the first time I’ve been disappointed - specifically with our accommodation (though it’s the most tired site we’ve stayed at too). The site location is incredible, the river and town … both magical, the camping pitches are great, our friend’s have a pitch on the river and it is perfect, the pool area is tired but ok (there’s an old and new pool next to each other which is great) but our chalet is so so so grotty, it’s got rips in the furniture and marks/scratches on everything, the walls aren’t quite straight (gaps in the floor where you can see the ground at the seams) making us feel dizzy inside, the toilet smells constantly, the decor is very dated - it’s more dated than you’d get at a cheap eurocamp. Sadly I emailed them 5 days ago with photos of the ripped furniture, stains and that the bathroom door can’t shut and no one has replied, it’s a shame as we are very loyal customers 😭. I do think their other accommodation on this site might be a lot better but these particular chalets needed to be scrapped and started again. We are so disappointed with the Huttopia brand for offering such poor accommodation at their premium rates and not responding during our trip. Read more Show less
