    We reserved a tent site for a week, and we didn’t regret it.
    Despite the intense heat, the sites are well shaded by trees and hedges, which helped us keep the temperature in the tent comfortable.
    The facilities are well laid out throughout the campground and are close to the campsites.
    The pool is clean and pleasant, with a magnificent view of the castle.
    I would definitely recommend this campground to families who want to explore Saumur and the surrounding area.

    Nous avons réservéun emplacement pour une tente pour une semaine, et nous n'avons pas regretté.
    Malgré les fortes chaleurs les emplacements sont bien ombragé avec les arbres et les haies, ce qui nous a permis de garder une température convenable dans la tente.
    les commodités sont bien disposé dans le camping et reste proche des emplacements.
    La piscine et propre et agréable avec cette magnifique vue sur le château.

    A week with a large tent on a spacious site. Be sure to specify the size of your tent; some sites are relatively small.
    Campground near the old town and Saumur Castle, 30 minutes from the Doué-la-F… Zoo. Unfortunately, the front desk staff couldn’t give us any information about things to see in Saumur.
    The pool and the bar with a view of the castle are great; the restaurant has a simple menu that’s perfect for a last-night meal.
    As for the restrooms, we were disappointed by the lack of preventive maintenance to improve overall comfort (ceiling lights that only work partially, faucets that aren’t screwed on tightly enough...).

    Une semaine avec une grande tente sur un emplacement spacieux. Attention a bien preciser la taille de votre tente, certains emplacements sont relativement petits.
    Camping proche de la vielle ville et chateau de Saumur, 30min du zoo de Doué-la-F... malheureusement l'équipe de l'accueil n'a pas su nous donner d'informations sur les choses a voir à Saumur.
    La piscine et le bar avec vue sur le chateau sont très bien, le restaurant a une carte simple qui dépanne bien pour le dernier soir.
    Côté sanitaires, on regrettera un manque de maintenance préventive pour améliorer le confort général (plafoniers fonctionnant a moitié, robinets un peu mal vissés...).
