With an open living room that offers direct access to a spacious wooden terrace, this tent is perfectly designed to make your vacation a success. With an area of 20 m², it is the ideal accommodation to discover the joys of camping without having to carry too much luggage. The common area features a kitchenette with a refrigerator, two hotplates and plenty of storage space for all your dishes and supplies. The sleeping area consists of two separate bedrooms, one with a comfortable double bed (140 × 200) and the other with two single beds (80 × 190).

Outside you will find a beautiful wooden terrace with two folding chairs, the perfect place to relax and enjoy the outdoors. Whether you travel with family or friends, the Classic 4 tent guarantees a comfortable and cozy stay in the midst of nature.

    ⚠️⚠️⚠️ LIE ALERT ⚠️⚠️⚠️ In its response, Huttopia Saumur's local management asserts that the front desk was not informed of the malfunction caused by the alarm going off around 4:00 am. This statement is a factual lie. I personally informed reception of the situation, and it was they who requested the technician to replace the fire alarm box. It would undoubtedly be more constructive to focus efforts on improving service and customer well-being, rather than wasting time on intellectually dishonest approaches. END OF LIE ALERT OPINION: We stayed at the Huttopia campsite in Saumur and had a mixed experience. Positives: Whether at reception, in the restaurant, or the person in charge of repairs, the staff is a real strong point: pleasant, conscientious and helpful. The pool is very pleasant and well maintained. The site itself is pleasant, with enough space to keep holidaymakers from being crowded, which contributes to calm and comfort. Negative points: The bungalows are equipped with very poor quality appliances and equipment. For example, the fire detector went off in the middle of the night (at around 4 a.m.), for no reason at all - proof of low-quality equipment. This contrasts sharply with the eco-responsible, high-quality image that Huttopia wants to project. The campsite store offers very few items, and some essential products are not even available (for example, there are no garbage can liners for sale, and they are not supplied with the rental). Prices are extremely high: the only coffee available was sold at €35/kg... Cleaning prior to our arrival was very inadequate: we found our bungalow filthy, with even medicines lying around under a bed. Finally, the local management (site manager) showed no particular attention to the inconveniences we encountered. No apology, no commercial gesture after the detector went off in the middle of the night or the deplorable state of cleanliness of the accommodation. To sum up: The setting and staff make for a pleasant stay, but the quality of the accommodation, the upkeep, the boutique offer and the total lack of consideration shown by management mar the experience. Les prix pratiqués y sont extrêmement élevés : le seul café disponible y était vendu à 35 €/kg... Le ménage avant notre arrivée a été fait de manière très insuffisante : nous avons trouvé notre bungalow sale, avec même des médicaments qui traînaient sous un lit. Enfin, la direction locale (manager du site) n’a montré aucune attention particulière face aux désagréments rencontrés. Ni excuse, ni geste commercial après le déclenchement du détecteur en pleine nuit ou l’état de propreté déplorable du logement. En résumé : Le cadre et le personnel rendent le séjour agréable, mais la qualité du logement, l’entretien, l’offre de la boutique et l’absence totale de considération de la direction entachent fortement l’expérience. Un séjour qui aurait pu être très plaisant, mais qui laisse malheureusement un goût amer.

    Super site with spotless facilities. Friendly staff are a credit to the site. Pitches are big with enough mature hedging in between if you are travelling in peak season. Pools are a real bonus. Very handy for visiting the Loire and exploring. Saumur is only a short drive away or a little longer by bicycle on excellent cycle lanes. Lunchtime meal at Le Carahutta nearby really was excellent. Many thanks.
