It’s a beautiful location on the lake.
It’s a great base for water sports, right on the shore of Lake Serre de Poncon.
And if you enjoy hiking and biking, you’ll have a wonderful time exploring the area.

A really beautiful campground! We had a wonderful stay in early June 2026. The staff were always smiling and ready to help with any request... the lake is a marvel! I highly recommend this campground! A haven of peace and relaxation...

We were captivated by the tranquility and beauty of this place.
The scenery when we woke up in the morning, with a direct view of the lake, helped us recharge. Despite a few issues with the mobile home, the staff quickly stepped in to resolve the problems. The reason we visited this campground—with an eye toward a possible future vacation—was to eat at Mr. Marcel’s restaurant. So we had to enter the campground, which allows us to stay because dogs are welcome. After asking, the restaurant kindly allowed us to sit at a picnic table with our dog, who stayed quietly lying under the table. The security guard came and kicked us out in front of everyone because the dog wasn’t allowed there, and he wouldn’t hear of it…Several people were shocked… The person next to me told me I was out of luck because there had been dogs there all day… We ended up eating on uncomfortable rocks a little further away. I’m a shop owner and do everything I can for my customers, so I just don’t get it—it’s like dealing with the military. As a result, I’ll never come back to this restaurant (even though it’s not their fault) or this campground!

L'occasion de visiter ce camping pour d'éventuelles futures vacances c'était de manger au restaurant Mr Marcel. il fallait donc rentrer dans le camping qui nous accepte car les chiens sont les bienvenus. Après avoir demander, le restaurant nous a gentillement autorisé de s'installer sur une table de picnique avec notre chien qui va rester tranquillement couché sous la table. L'agent de sécurité vient nous déloger devant tout le monde car le chien n a pas le droit d'être lá, et ne veut rien savoir ..plusieurs personnes étaient choquées...la personne á côté me dit que j ai pas de chance car toute la journée il y a eu des chiens.....nous avons fini par manger sur des cailloux inconfortables un peu plus loin. Je suis commerçant et fais tout pour mes clients donc je comprend pas c est vraiment l'armée. Du coup je ne reviendrai plus jamais ni dans ce restaurant (malgrè qu'ils n'y peuvent rien ) ni dans ce camping !
Le genre d expérience qu on aime pas vivre en vacances.....
