Summary created out of 1544 reviews
Wilsumer Berge is beautifully situated in nature and praised for its friendly, helpful staff and lovely forest setting. The large swimming lake with slides, children's entertainment, and dog area with its own pond are widely appreciated. The modern lodges and holiday homes receive many compliments, as do the hot tubs at various accommodations. Areas for improvement include the sanitary facilities on some fields (outdated, insufficient capacity, inconsistent cleaning), the varying condition of pitches (mud, sand), and occasionally long waiting times or limited opening hours at the restaurant.

The D4 washhouse only has cold water. The washhouse was closed for the entire day the day before our departure. Deeply disappointing. The service here leaves much to be desired.
There is a small “cafeteria” in the indoor play area, but even that is closed as a precaution during the holidays.
The Lakeside restaurant is expensive and chronically overwhelmed.

Waschhaus D4 ständig mit kalten Wasser. 1 Tag vor Abreise waschhaus pauschal geschlossen. Tief traurig.
