General information

The safari tent accommodates four people, divided into two sections: a sleeping area with two box-spring beds (80 x 200 cm) and a children's area with a bunk bed (80/90 x 200 cm). Both sections are equipped with a mosquito net. Upon arrival, the beds are already made up.

The kitchen is fitted with a four-burner gas stove and a refrigerator with freezer compartment. Inside there is a dining area with a bench and chairs. The tent has electricity and an inventory for six people.

There is no running water in the tent. For sanitary facilities and water, you use the facilities on the site, including nearby water taps.

There are two lounge chairs on the veranda. Pets are not allowed and the tent is non-smoking.

What you should know about the park

Camping am Blanksee is located directly on Blanksee lake in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, in the middle of the lake district of northern Germany. The lake is the heart of the campsite: guests swim, snorkel and fish there, or relax on the sandy beach and sunbathing lawn. From the jetty, you can cast a fishing rod or wade calmly in the water. On the park itself there are football, basketball and beach volleyball courts, and for children there is a playground with plenty of space to play outside. After a day by the water, sit on the restaurant terrace for a drink or a bite to eat. Fresh rolls are available every morning from the bread service. Bicycle rental is available for anyone who wants to explore the forests and lakes in the area. Canoes are also available to rent at the campsite. Nearby you will find a summer toboggan run, climbing forest, animal park and a barefoot trail. The cozy cities of Schwerin and Ludwigslust are a short distance away.
