Hausboot Family & Friends LP 4 is a comfortable, stationary houseboat on the Baltic Sea – no boating licence needed and no sailing away. You simply arrive, step on board and relax.

Your houseboat has two separate bedrooms and three indoor rooms in total, so you both have plenty of space to unwind. The bright living and dining area has large glass fronts that let in loads of daylight and give you a fantastic view of the water. Want more privacy or shade? Just close the blinds and create your own snug cocoon.

Outside, you can enjoy the fresh sea air on the cosy terrace or retreat to your private sun deck. It’s the perfect spot for a slow breakfast, reading a book in the sun, or sharing a drink at sunset while you watch the marina come to life.

Inside, the boat is fully equipped for a comfortable stay all year round. There’s heating for chilly days and air conditioning for warm summer evenings, plus a bathroom with a separate toilet. WiFi and all consumption-based energy costs are included, so you can stream, work remotely or just stay in touch without any surprises on your bill.
