This floating home has a fixed, stationary berth in Marina Boltenhagen in the Weißen Wiek – so you get all the magic of life on the water, without worrying about sailing or docking.

Step inside and you’ll find a bright, inviting living and dining area with large glass façades that let in loads of daylight and offer beautiful views over the marina. When the sun gets too intense, you can easily shade the windows and create a snug, private atmosphere. The houseboat offers two bedrooms and space for up to three people – perfect for a small family or a couple travelling with a friend.

You’ll have a modern bathroom with a separate toilet, plus heating and air conditioning. So whether you visit in the height of summer or on a crisp autumn day, it’s always pleasantly comfortable on board. After a day at the beach or exploring the coast, you can relax together in the cosy lounge area, cook something simple and enjoy long evenings with the gentle movement of the water around you.
