This floating holiday home has a fixed berth in the Baltic Sea harbour “Weißen Wiek”, so you don’t need a boating licence and you don’t have to worry about sailing – just relax and enjoy the view.

The houseboat is perfect for a family or a small group of friends of up to 4 people. Inside you’ll find 3 cosy rooms, comfortably furnished and flooded with daylight thanks to large glass fronts in the living and dining area. These windows bring the sea views and the feeling of nature right into your living room, and can easily be shaded when you feel like more privacy. There is a bathroom with a separate toilet, so everyone has enough space during the morning rush.

In every season you’ll be comfortable here. On cooler or windy days, the heating and air conditioning keep the temperature just right and create a snug atmosphere on board. When the sun comes out, step outside onto the inviting terrace or head up to your own private sun deck.
