We absolutely loved the Borken am See campground. The exceptional friendliness and warmth deserve special mention—we felt welcome and in good hands from the very first moment. We were taken to our accommodations—luggage and all—in a golf cart👍.
The facilities are truly great: plenty of playgrounds, trampolines, a zip line, a small soccer field, and, of course, the beautiful lake ensure that families and children, in particular, get their money’s worth. The pool is super clean and very well maintained. Our modern mobile home was also top-notch—very clean, high-quality, and equipped with plenty of amenities.

Der Campingplatz Borken am See hat uns absolut begeistert. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die außergewöhnliche Freundlichkeit und Herzlichkeit – wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an willkommen und bestens aufgehoben gefühlt. Wir wurden inkl. Gepäck mit einem Golfcar zur Unterkunft gebracht👍.
Das Angebot ist wirklich klasse: viele Spielplätze, Trampoline, eine Seilbahn, ein kleiner Fußballplatz und natürlich der schöne See sorgen dafür, dass vor allem Familien und Kinder voll auf ihre Kosten kommen. Der Pool ist super sauber und sehr gepflegt. Unser modernes Mobilheim war ebenfalls top – sehr sauber, hochwertig und mit viel Komfort ausgestattet.
Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt mit toller Atmosphäre – absolut empfehlenswert, wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! -

This was only our second year there, and I have to say that everything—including the staff—is top-notch. It’s a car-free campground, so the kids can play, ride, and run around without a care. When you come back from shopping, you just go to the front desk and let them know you’d like to go back to your site, and they’ll drive you and your groceries there—it’s really great. The swimming pool and the baby pool are also clean. The foam party is especially a lot of fun. So, all in all, a really nice place where you can enjoy some time off and the peace and quiet away from everyday life. Dogs are also allowed in the cabins, and there’s a beautiful lake where your four-legged friends can cool off. Just perfect for dog owners.

Wir waren kun das 2.Jahr dort und uch muss sagen es ist alles + Personal einwandfrei. Auto freier Campingplatz so das die Kids unbesorgt spielen, fahren und rennen können. Wenn man vom Einkaufen wiederkommt geht man in die Rezeption und sagt einfach bescheid das man gern zu seinem Platz möchte und die Einkäufe und man selbst wird mit dem Wagen hingefahren, echt klasse. Das Schwimmbad + Babybecken sind auch sauber. Vor allem die Schaumparty macht einem riesen Spass. Also im großen und ganzen ein echt schöner Ort an den man seine Auszeit ubd die Ruhe vom Alltag genießen kann. Hunde sind auch in Häusern erlaubt und einen schönen See wo die Vierbeiner sich abkühlen können ist auch gegeben. Einfach praktisch für Hundebesitzer.

A beautifully maintained campground; we stayed there with our trailer. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and great with kids!!!! Lots of opportunities for play and exploration. A small but charming kiosk run by a very warm and welcoming lady. There’s a toddler pool as well as a pool for non-swimmers and swimmers. The private restrooms on the grounds are clean and tidy. (Please bring your own soap and toilet paper.) The water temperature varies slightly but is fine. You can pre-order bread rolls, though they’re pre-baked. We’ll be back!

Super gepflegter Platz, waren mit dem Wohnwagen vor Ort. super freundliches Personal. hilfbereit und Kinderfreundlich!!!! Viele Spiel und Entdeckungsmöglichkeiten. kleiner aber feiner Kiosk mit einer super herzlichen Dame im Verkauf. Kleinkinder Pool so wie ein Becken für Nichtschwimmer/ Schwimmer Im Privat Sanitär auf dem Platz ist sauber und ordentlich. (Seife und Klopapier bitte selber mitbringen) die Wassertemperatur ist leicht wechselhaft aber OK. Mann kann Brötchen vorbestellen, diese sind allerdings auf gebacken. Wir kommen wieder!
