Looking for a romantic break on the water? This cosy houseboat for two is beautifully moored on the North Sea lake near Xanten, surrounded by green shores and calm water. It’s the perfect hideaway if you want to slow down together, wake up with a lake view and fall asleep to gentle ripples against the hull.

The boat lies on a private jetty with a handful of other floating houses, just in front of the small village of Vynen. You’re right in the middle of the North and South Sea lakes – two connected lakes that form a relaxed watersport paradise. Step outside and within minutes you’re at the sandy lido beach, where you can stretch out on a lounger, rent a parasol or dip into the clear water.

Into action? Try waterskiing or wakeboarding on the 960 m cable, go stand-up paddling, book a sailing lesson or rent a boat to explore the shoreline at your own pace.     We hebben er een weekend doorgebracht en vonden het geweldig! De woonboot was supergezellig en had alles wat we nodig hadden. De wifi was snel en de keuken was goed uitgerust. Het was fijn om 's ochtends even op het terras te relaxen. Het strand vlakbij was een bonus. We komen zeker terug voor meer wateractiviteiten!

    Wir haben ein Wochenende dort verbracht und es hat uns super gefallen! Das Hausboot war total gemütlich und hatte alles, was wir brauchten. Das WLAN war schnell und die Küche bestens ausgestattet. Es war herrlich, morgens einfach auf der Terrasse zu entspannen. Der nahegelegene Strand war ein zusätzliches Plus. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder, um weitere Wassersportarten auszuprobieren!

    Abbiamo passato un weekend e ci è piaciuto tantissimo! La casa galleggiante è super accogliente e aveva tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno, Il WiFi era veloce e la cucina ben attrezzata, È stato bello rilassarsi semplicemente sulla terrazza al mattino, La spiaggia nelle vicinanze è stata un bonus, Torneremo sicuramente per altre attività acquatiche!

    De woonboot was ruim en comfortabel voor onze groep vrienden. We brachten de avonden door op het terras, genietend van drankjes en de prachtige omgeving. Het nabijgelegen lido met zijn zandstrand was een geweldige bonus om overdag te zonnebaden.

    Das Hausboot war geräumig und komfortabel für unsere Freundesgruppe. Wir verbrachten die Abende auf der Terrasse, genossen Drinks und die wunderschöne Umgebung. Das nahegelegene Strandbad mit seinem Sandstrand war ein toller Bonus zum Sonnenbaden tagsüber.

    De woonboot was prima voor een kort verblijf. Er was alles wat je nodig hebt, zoals een goed uitgeruste keuken en wifi. De locatie vlak bij de Noordzee was pittoresk, maar het was iets rustiger dan we hadden verwacht. De fietspaden in de buurt waren geweldig om de omgeving te verkennen, hoewel we niet zo veel van de wateractiviteiten konden genieten als we hadden gehoopt. Over het algemeen was het een comfortabele plek om uit te rusten na een dagje sightseeing, maar ik denk dat het meer geschikt zou zijn voor mensen die op zoek zijn naar een rustig toevluchtsoord.
