The famous Müllerthal Trail stretches for 112 km via three loops, each with unique landscapes full of rocky cliffs, mosses, and viewpoints.     A very nice campsite 🏕️ directly on the Sauer. Inexpensive, very clean beautiful view 👍 Very quiet. Good attention is paid to the night's rest. The bridge invites you to stroll to Luxembourg. It's also very nice there. The whole town of Echternach is also very clean.

    Ein sehr schöner Campingplatz 🏕️ direkt an der Sauer. Günstig, sehr sauber schöne Aussicht 👍 Sehr ruhig. Auf die Nachtruhe wird gut geachtet. Die Brücke lädt zum Flanieren nach Luxemburg ein. Dort ist es auch sehr toll. Die ganze Stadt Echternach ist auch sehr sauber.

    Directly on the Sûre, within walking distance of Echternach. Large pitches on a level lawn. Clean and tidy toilets and showers. Outdoor pool, playground for the children. All good, we would come again.

    Direkt an der Sauer, Echternach Fußläufig zu erreichen. Große Stellplätze auf ebener Rasenfläche. Toiletten, Duschen sauber und ordentlich. Freibad, Spielplatz für die Kinder. Alles gut wir würden wieder kommen.

    Super friendly and helpful, pitches clean. Showers and toilets are cleaned very well. It would be nice if some would leave it that way too, laundry possible. Directly on the Sauer, 3 min walk to the neighboring country in the small town

    Super freundlich und hilfsbereit, Parzellen sauber. Duschen und Toiletten werden sehr gut gereinigt. Schön wenn manche das auch so hinterlassen würden .Wäsche waschen möglich. Direkt an der Sauer ,3 min zu Fuß nach dem Nachbarland in die kleine Stadt

    As my wife's factually and substantively correct review has been deleted, I'll keep it short and sweet: Worst place we have ever stopped at. Foul-smelling and dirty sanitary facilities, Garbage is simply left on the side of the road and collected twice a day (as of 2023). The site is more like a festival meadow... Dogs barking and party music late into the night.... Unfortunately not for us!

    Da die sachlich und inhaltlich korrekte Rezession meiner Frau gelöscht wurde, halte ich es kurz und knapp: Schlechtester Platz, auf dem wir je einen Zwischenstopp eingelegt haben. Übel riechende und dreckige Sanitäranlagen, Müll wird einfach an den Wegesrand gelegt und 2 x täglich eingesammelt (Stand 2023). Platz gleicht eher einer Festivalwiese… Hundegebell und Partymusik bis tief in die Nacht hinein…. Leider nichts für uns!

Dog waste bags are available at the entrances of the campsite. For fighting dogs, a muzzle is mandatory according to municipal regulations. In the high and low season, a maximum of two dogs is allowed. There are no additional costs for bringing dogs. In addition, there is a special dog park where your pet can play safely.

  8. Are there facilities such as a supermarket, restaurant, or bakery at the campsite?

    Yes, the campsite has a Camping-Bistro where you can get your meals. You can also dine at the adjacent beer garden. In the morning, a baker comes to deliver fresh bread rolls. There is also a discount supermarket about 300 meters away and in the surrounding area you will find various restaurants offering both German and international cuisine.
