Houseboat Souly with sea view - 4 persons

Houseboat Souly is a stylish floating villa in the 5-star marina of Heiligenhafen, on the Baltic Sea. The accommodation is suitable for a relaxing stay on the water, with sea views, modern comfort and plenty of outdoor space.

Inside, you’ll find a bright living area with panoramic windows, a fully equipped kitchen and two bedrooms. Both bedrooms have a double bed. The kitchen includes a Nespresso machine, making it easy to start the day with fresh coffee. Bed linen and towels are also provided.

Outside, you can enjoy several terraces, including a covered deck terrace, a sun lounge and a 30 m² roof deck. These are lovely spots for breakfast, sunbathing or watching the sunset over the marina.

A license-free motorboat is included with your stay and is moored directly by the houseboat. You can use it to explore the surrounding waters, visit quiet bays or enjoy a relaxed trip along the coast. Petrol is charged separately. Fishing gear can be rented locally, and equipment for children and beginners is available on request.

The houseboat has a solar power system, which supports hot water and other onboard comforts in a more sustainable way.

The centre of Heiligenhafen, the fisherman’s harbour and the beach promenade are all around 5 minutes away on foot. The Graswarder nature reserve is also close by, making it easy to combine time on the water with walks, beach days and local exploring.
