Summary created out of 256 reviews

Vigna sul Mar is a medium-sized holiday park directly on the beach, featuring three swimming pools and a varied entertainment programme. Guests appreciate the friendly reception, tasty restaurant, and dog-friendly facilities such as dog pool and dog beaches. The location is quiet and suitable for families with young children. At the same time, there are significant areas for improvement: the pool is often overcrowded and not always clean, accommodations vary widely in maintenance and cleanliness, and sanitary facilities are outdated. Guests complain about high prices for beach loungers, excessively loud evening entertainment until late, and poor communication when addressing complaints. Many feel the price-quality ratio is insufficient.

A nice campground I stumbled upon by chance; I'm sorry to hear that so many seasonal campers have had to move, and I was told that the cost is 5,000€ per year. That's really A LOT.

The apartment was dirty; the photos didn’t match reality (no idea where they got those photos from); there was dust under the bed.
There were so many ants that no one could sleep in the loft bed.
The kitchen drawers were dirty and stuck shut. Curtains were torn.
Bedding—even though it was included in the booking (for a fair bit of money)—was dirty and stained.
    Towels were the same story.
Pool extremely dirty (endless strands of hair) and sandy (can’t be avoided, but they could pay a little more attention to it).
People are kicked out of the pool at 6:45 p.m. even though it says it’s open until 7:00 p.m. They could also keep the pool open until 8:00 p.m. on hot days.
    The sunbathing area is dirty.
The people at the bars (a few were nice) were the rest were impossible.
In general, the campground could be cleaner.
The ocean isn’t that great either (low tide started at noon, and you have to walk out really far before you’re, if you’re lucky, waist-deep in the water). The beach was also very dirty.
The front desk staff isn’t exactly the friendliest either (if you don’t like dealing with people, you should change careers).
Paying with the wristbands is really annoying. Especially when the wristband suddenly stops working.
You can only get out through the side gate with a wristband if you want to head toward town. Everything gets locked up after 11 p.m. (welcome to prison)
The grocery store on the grounds is also very overpriced. Everything here is very expensive, and it doesn’t even taste good.

I do not recommend this campground!!
There are nicer ones for the price you pay here.

This was our fifth time here. The location was great, and the whole campground is wonderful and clean. Unfortunately, the shower in our RV was very encrusted with limescale. And black crumbs are constantly falling off all the ceiling lights (spotlights). Other than that, we love it here and will definitely come back—but in a different RV.

The place is wonderful—I stayed there years ago
. But unfortunately, this year I wasn’t able to book through Club del Sole
. Quotes expire after 24 hours and are no longer available.
Payment by credit card, not by instant bank transfer, because it was too close to the requested date... maybe I’m old-fashioned, but...
Competitive quote? As soon as you try to make the transfer, they charge you... a one-time... 21 euro processing fee.....a one-time fee!!!
You really need to plan well in advance, not at the last minute like I did
But the Club del Sole resorts are beautiful and well-maintained, based on past experiences… that’s how it went this year

Forte bisogno organizzarsi molto tempo prima non all'ultimo come me

We agree with previous reviews. We found the restrooms to be quite outdated, and the cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. There was fecal matter on the floor in some places, and cigarette butts and ash were scattered everywhere in the restrooms. In my opinion, a smoking ban here wouldn’t hurt. Overall, it’s clear that the campground has been converted into a vacation village with a primary focus on mobile homes. There’s not much space here for campers. We didn’t notice much of the noise from the common areas at our site, since we were parked with our trailer quite close to the front near the reception desk. From that perspective, it was fine.

The front section of the campground consists mainly of long-term campers who don’t have much in common with the general camping guests. Parking here among the permanent campers wasn’t particularly pleasant.

We found the pricing structure at the campground to be significantly too high. We didn’t use the pool with the kids because of the noise. We thought charging 28 € for beach access was too expensive, and the free beach area was much too small.

The restaurants on the beach—the ones not affiliated with the campground, located to the left and right—were significantly cheaper and offered comparable quality. We probably wouldn’t come back here, but would look for a different location instead.

We also didn’t find the sea particularly appealing. The breakwaters do create a lagoon-like atmosphere, but at the same time, they make the water seem very warm and murky. There was no refreshing relief to be found there. It’s fine for kids to splash around, but to cool off, it’s better to use the beach shower—also for hygiene reasons.
