The park offers excellent swimming pools with slides and soft floors that families with young children especially appreciate. The location near Lake Garda is strategically convenient for excursions. Guests praise the car-free concept and extensive facilities including the supermarket and entertainment. Areas for improvement include cleaning standards (both units and pool), staff responsiveness and service quality, food quality in on-site restaurants, and parking challenges due to distance from accommodations.

The floor is raised, making it almost completely impassable.
The water is dirty; we even found strands of hair.
The flooring leading to the pools is raised in many places.
We went to dinner at the resort’s pizzeria, “Bella Italia,” where they promised Neapolitan pizza, but it had nothing to do with authentic Neapolitan pizza. … They’re deceiving tourists, especially foreigners.
The parking lots are quite far away and not very convenient.
I should also add that they forced us to stay for 7 nights, while other guests were allowed to stay for only 3 nights.
In my opinion, given the size of the resort and the number of people it can accommodate, the pools are a bit small and the transportation options within the resort are somewhat limited. But overall, the staff was very friendly, and the cottage was very cozy and clean.this is a translation, click here for the original

Nice campground with very good staff. They were really helpfull and animation is great. We were onfortunately on the hill which meant quite a walk and wifi that was on and off.
We also faced a water outage 2 days which was a little inconvenient. In the end however the park itself is really nice and even better when you are downstairs.
Would recommend to do groceries in the supermarkets in the villagea due to prices. -

This was our fourth time here; the mobile home wasn’t very clean—there were still tomato splatters from the previous guests on the kitchen cabinets.
But what bothered me even more was that the pool was greenish, and all my light-colored swimwear got stained as a result. The cottages are extremely close together, and not a single night goes by … without someone rattling past with their suitcase; the staff also drive by at 1 a.m., making a lot of noise with their vehicles.this is a translation, click here for the original

With a Eurocamp, you know what you are getting. Its basic but great for a family. The service was really poor here our entire stay. All staff just seemed fed up or annoyed if you asked a simple question. Beautiful area. Lake Garda at sunset is something quite breathtaking!
