Summary created out of 137 reviews
This campsite in Le Marche is praised for its excellent restaurant serving delicious Italian meals and wine tastings, where guests enjoy communal dinners at long tables. The friendly and helpful Dutch staff create a welcoming atmosphere, and the very spacious pitches offer plenty of privacy in a beautiful natural setting among the hills. The clean, well-maintained sanitary facilities are distributed across small buildings throughout the grounds. Visitors appreciate the peaceful location and personal welcome with a complimentary drink, though some note the pool can be too small during busy periods and the remote location means shops and attractions are 20-45 minutes drive away.

The Marche region is beautiful. And Podere Sei Poorte is a spacious campground with a very service-oriented staff. It can accommodate many guests, all of whom are Dutch. It’s also cozy, but I did find it striking how some guests completely took over the pool with their ball games or cannonballs, displaying a certain self-assuredness—or even … immodesty. There were a few inconveniences that were attributed to temporary, exceptional circumstances, but which, according to older reviews below, seem to occur more frequently. But there’s not always much the owners can do about that during a hot, dry, and busy peak season. I’m just sharing this to give you a general idea, not to nitpick. It’s a nice place.

We stayed here for 11 nights last summer.
When we arrived, the occupancy rate wasn’t as high as when we left. And this was quite noticeable in certain ways.
- The pool was too crowded, and by the end of the day, it wasn’t clean and was too warm.
- We had to wait for the showers and restrooms, and especially late in the evening, … the water was cold.
On the other hand, the sites were super spacious—nothing to complain about—and well-maintained.
The restrooms and showers are clean even when it’s busy. Sure, there are always signs of use, but that’s down to the campers themselves.
This was our first time at a terrace-style campground. And it’ll be our last.
We also had bad luck with a farmer who decided to spread manure on the adjacent field. As a result, we were swamped with flies from that moment on.
Beautiful surroundings, though—to do anything, it’s always at least a 20-minute drive, and with the roads around the campground, that’s no fun; they’re really terrible.
The restaurant and bar are perfectly fine by campground standards.
Friendly staff.
Be sure to try Piccolo Mundo as well.
And Mondrigo for the beautiful views and for those who enjoy healthy meat dishes.
Would we go again? No.
But it’s definitely worth a visit at least once.this is a translation, click here for the original

A beautiful campground with spacious campsites. Because there are many campers with caravans, folding trailers, and tents, there’s a truly cozy campground atmosphere. The surrounding area is very beautiful and perfect for a walk or bike ride starting from the campground. Villages and towns are just a little further away.
The restaurant is … excellent, and the restroom facilities are very clean.
When we had a serious problem with our tent, the staff came up with a great solution for us so we could finish our vacation on a high note.this is a translation, click here for the original
