A very disappointing experience. The property advertises itself as a 5-star establishment (as indicated on the key fob) and is listed as 4 stars on booking sites, but the actual amenities and standards fall far short of justifying this rating. It is absolutely not worth the price.
Mobile home and amenities
Dilapidated accommodations … (outdated decor, very limited amenities: no microwave or dishwasher, only 4 knives and 4 forks).
Problem reported upon arrival (toilet seat that wouldn’t stay in place): no action taken throughout the entire stay.
Only 3 out of 4 chairs were available upon arrival. We had to go to the front desk twice to get the 4th chair.
Extremely cramped conditions: bungalows are very close together (separated only by the parking lot, with a tent right next to them), and some accommodations have a direct view of the trash cans.
No ocean view from anywhere on the campground.
Water park and amenities
Pool located right next to a busy road, causing noise.
Visible lack of maintenance (missing tiles in some places, peeling plaster).
Pay-to-use umbrellas and lounge chairs, swim caps required, and very few shaded areas.
Slides suitable only for children up to “9 years old”; nothing for older children.
Nuisances and management of the stay
Daily passage of a dump truck inside the campground, causing noise pollution.
Excessive pet fees: €10 per night (or €130 for the entire stay), plus a mandatory €20 cleaning surcharge specifically for dogs (in addition to the standard cleaning fee)—an unjustified cost given the very strict rules and for a simple Yorkshire Terrier.
No commercial flexibility: early checkout with no possibility of a refund for the difference, and a change of bungalow offered only for an additional fee (an extra €115 to €594).

Most campsites are shaded thanks to the large pine forest.

Quiet hours are strictly enforced with no vehicle traffic (midnight–7 a.m. and 1–3 p.m.).

Expérience très décevante. L'établissement se vend avec 5 étoiles (notamment affichées sur le porte-clés) et affiche 4 étoiles sur les sites de réservation, mais les prestations réelles et le standing sont très loin de le justifier. Le rapport qualité-prix n'y est absolument pas.
Mobil-home et équipement
Logement vétuste (décoration datée, équipement très restreint : pas de micro-ondes ni de lave-vaisselle, seulement 4 couteaux et 4 fourchettes).
Problème signalé dès notre arrivée (lunette des toilettes qui ne tient pas) : aucune intervention durant tout le séjour.
Seules 3 chaises sur 4 étaient disponibles à l'arrivée. Il a fallu se déplacer deux fois à la réception pour obtenir la 4ème chaise.
Promiscuité très importante : bungalows très rapprochés (séparés uniquement par le stationnement des voitures, tente implantée juste à côté) et certains hébergements ont une vue directe sur les poubelles.
Aucune vue sur la mer depuis l'ensemble du camping.
Espace aquatique et prestations
Piscine située juste à côté d'une route passante, engendrant du bruit.
Manque d'entretien visible (carrelage manquant par endroits, crépi qui se décolle).
Parasols et transats payants, bonnet de bain obligatoire et très peu de zones d'ombre.
Toboggans adaptés uniquement aux enfants jusqu'à « 9 ans », plus rien au-delà.
Nuisances et gestion du séjour
Passage quotidien du camion-benne à l'intérieur du camping occasionnant des nuisances sonores.
Tarification animaux abusive : 10 € par nuit (soit 130 € le séjour) auxquels s'ajoutent 20 € de supplément ménage obligatoire spécifique pour chien (en plus du ménage classique), un coût injustifié au vu du règlement très strict et pour un simple Yorkshire.
