This holiday park is spectacularly located on the bay of Cannigione, with several beautiful beaches and views of the Costa Smeralda. Guests appreciate the location and accessibility, as well as the friendly staff at reception and entertainment. The sanitary facilities are regularly cleaned and mostly modern. Unfortunately, very high prices, noise pollution from nearby clubs until late at night, and unclear parking rules cause frustration. Additional costs are also not always communicated transparently, leading to disappointment among many guests.

Review: The campground is truly beautiful, well-maintained, and overall we had a wonderful experience. Unfortunately, however, there was one thing that completely ruined our stay: the behavior of the night watchmen.
I’ve never seen such an attitude toward guests. Rude, arrogant, ill-mannered, and completely lacking in basic courtesy. It’s unacceptable for someone to be treated this way simply for trying to ask for an explanation or speak calmly. They raise their voices, respond aggressively, and adopt an attitude of superiority that is absolutely out of place.
The problem isn’t that they enforce the rules—which is absolutely right—but the way they do it, with truly unacceptable arrogance and disrespect. At times, it almost felt like dealing with someone looking for a confrontation rather than resolving a simple situation.
It’s a real shame, because the campground deserves an excellent rating, but people with this attitude seriously risk ruining the guests’ experience. A basic level of courtesy, respect, and professionalism should be the fundamental requirement for working with the public.this is a translation, click here for the original
Recensione

Camping Isuledda – and we’ll never go back to Baia Holiday
⭐ 1 star – completely overpriced and terrible service
Unfortunately, Camping Isuledda was a huge disappointment for us. The campground itself is beautifully situated—but at this price point, the service provided is simply unacceptable.
Whenever we had problems, we received hardly any real help or concrete solutions at the front desk. Instead, we kept hearing explanations about why nothing could be done. To us, customer service looks different.
The so-called “private bathroom” is a rip-off given the extra charge: it’s basically just a regular bathroom like the others, locked only with a padlock. For a high-priced 4-star campground, we had expected much more here.
The much-hyped new pool was particularly disappointing. We booked our stay back in January 2026, when the pool was announced for the 2026 season. Especially with children, this was an important factor for us when making the reservation. During our stay, however, the pool was still a construction site and unusable. We did not receive a satisfactory resolution. If a new facility is announced for a season, it should either be available or guests should be informed in a timely and transparent manner that it will not be ready.
The food at the restaurant was also a major disappointment for us. For the prices charged, we had expected significantly more—to us, it was at times more like cafeteria-level food. Particularly absurd was the lasagna Bolognese we ordered, which contained hardly any Bolognese sauce. When we brought this up, the waitstaff once again offered mostly explanations and excuses. They even said, in essence: “If the chef cooks it that way for us, it’s delicious.” 😂 At some point, you really are left speechless.
On top of that, there was significant noise from the nearby nightclubs, sometimes lasting until around 5 a.m. At times, a restful night’s sleep was virtually impossible.
Even when I needed medical attention for a sea urchin injury, the doctor who had been scheduled to be there wasn’t on site. We didn’t receive any real assistance here either and ultimately had to find a doctor in Palau on our own.
Another example of the poor organization was our late check-out, which had been confirmed in writing. Baia Holiday had explicitly confirmed this to us beforehand—yet no one at the Isuledda front desk knew anything about it. We had to ask three times and eventually forward the confirmation email ourselves. Apparently, it still had to be translated on site, which delayed the whole process by another day.
On top of that: Given the already very high prices, everything has to be paid in advance. We would have expected all the more, after all that, to receive professional service and a solution-oriented approach to problems.
The whole situation is particularly unfortunate because Isuledda itself is truly beautiful. We really liked the location right by the sea, the campground, and the surroundings. With professional, well-organized, and customer-focused service, this could be a great campground.
But a beautiful location alone isn’t enough at these prices. For us, the ocean and the grounds can’t make up for the terrible service, the unmet expectations, and the poor value for money.
⭐ So, unfortunately, only 1 star for us.
We wouldn’t book Camping Isuledda again—and based on our experience, Baia Holiday is also out of the question for us in the future.this is a translation, click here for the original
