General information

The safari tent is 35 m² and can accommodate 4 people. There are 2 box-spring beds (80x200) with mosquito net and a separate children's area with a bunk bed (80/90x200) and mosquito net. Upon arrival, the beds are made. The simply furnished kitchen has a 4-burner stove and a refrigerator with freezer. Inside is a dining area with bench and chairs, and outside are 2 lounge chairs on the veranda. The tent has electricity, but no running water. For water, sanitary facilities and water taps are available nearby. The inventory can accommodate 6 people. An additional dome tent or facilities such as a camp bed and high chair are available upon request. The spacious veranda invites you to live and enjoy the outdoors to the fullest.

    A small, very charming campground just south of Florence in the Chianti region. A magnificent view of a Tuscan valley in a peaceful countryside setting. Sites under olive trees (important during the summer), and no mosquitoes!! A beautiful pool overlooking the valley, spotless and well-maintained restrooms, plus efficient bar and breakfast service while the pool is open. A real favorite that makes you want to spend several days there enjoying la Dolce Vita…

    Un petit camping tres charmant en dessous de Florence et dans le Chianti. Une vue magnifique sur une vallée toscane tout au calme dans la campagne. Emplacement sous les oliviers (important pendant l’été), et pas de moustiques !! Une tres belle piscine avec vue sur la vallee, des sanitaires parfaits et propres, plus un service bar et petit dej efficace pendant l'ouverture de la piscine. Un vrai coup de cœur qui donne envie d'y passer plusieurs jours de Dolce vita..

    A small, peaceful campground surrounded by nature. The sites are spacious, well-shaded by olive trees, and clearly marked off, so you don’t feel cramped. It’s ideally located for exploring the region—30 minutes from Florence and Siena, and 1 hour from Pisa. The restrooms are very clean. There’s a shared refrigerator—very convenient. The highlight: the pool and its lounge chairs, offering an incredible panoramic view. It’s a real treat after a day of sightseeing. We stayed there for 12 days and had a wonderful time.

    Un petit camping en pleine nature au calme. Les emplacements sont spacieux, bien ombragés par les oliviers et délimités ce qui évite de se sentir les uns sur les autres. Il est idéalement situé pour visiter la région. 30 mn de Florence et Sienne et 1 h de Pise. Les sanitaires sont très propres. Il y a un frigo commun. Très pratique. Le must : la piscine et ses transats avec une vue panoramique incroyable. Très appréciable après une journée de visite. Nous y sommes restés 12 jours et avons passé un très bon séjour.

    We had a great time! A wonderful, peaceful campground. Yes, cars sometimes drive fast on the road next to the campground. Nice pool, good RV sites, and a cozy little bar for drinks, ice cream, etc., at very reasonable prices. The restrooms are clean. They’re not huge, but we never had to wait.
    A great base for exploring numerous beautiful villages. Or enjoy a lovely ride on a road bike. And oh yeah, at a more than reasonable price.

    And finally: A friendly, wonderful hostess!

    Want an extra challenge? Then DON’T read the tips about the route to the campground. We didn’t either—and with a caravan… it was a bit nerve-wracking, especially with oncoming traffic...

    Genoten! Prima, heerlijk rustige camping. Ja, over de weg langs de camping wordt soms hard gereden. Fijn zwembad, goede caravanplekken, leuk barretje voor een drankje, ijsje, etc tegen zeer acceptabele prijzen. Sanitair is schoon. Niet groot maar geen enkele keer hoeven wachten.
    Uitvalbasis naar tal van prachtige dorpjes. Of met de wielrenfiets heerlijk trappen. En o ja, tegen een meer dan schappelijke prijs.

    En dan tot slot: Vriendelijke top gastvrouw!

    Wil je een extra uitdaging? Lees dan de tips over de route naar de camping NIET. Hebben wij ook niet gedaan en met caravan... even peentjes zweten, zeker met tegenliggers...
