We also did not have a specific plot reserved; we only had the possibility that you would assign one to us upon … our arrival. Furthermore, you only responded to the first few emails with evasive and ambiguous answers, without providing any rules or regulations or even considering what we were asking for. In your response to a Google review, you provided far more explanations than in the eight emails we sent you. We have many unanswered emails. You have acted in bad faith, with negligence, and a lack of concern. But I will not allow you to blatantly lie in response to a Google review that is completely accurate and truthful. By the way, we paid you not only more than 50% of the total cost of the stay—which is more than just a deposit—but an excessive amount for such a modest and remote campground. Furthermore, you never informed us of your abusive cancellation policy when we made the payment. We want you to send us an invoice for the amount you kept, itemized by the charges applied. Yo soy su compañero de viaje y tengo que deciros que no es verdad que se os avisara un día antes, sino tres días antes que es cuando ocurrió el siniestro. Tampoco teníamos una parcela concreta reservada, solo la posibilidad de que asignarais una nuestra llegada. Además no contestasteis más que a los primeros correos dándonos evasivas, contestaciones ambiguas y sin aportar ninguna norma ni reglamento ni entrar a considerar lo que pedíamos. En la contestación a una reseña en google habéis dado muchas más explicaciones que en 8 correos que os hemos enviado. Tenemos muchos correos sin contestar. Habéis actuado con mala fe, desidia y desinterés. Pero no voy a permitir que mintáis descaradamente ante una reseña en google completamente acertada y veraz. Por cierto que os dimos no solo reserva más del 50% del total de la estancia, lo que es más que una reserva, es una cantidad excesiva para una camping tan modesto y desubicado. Además nunca informasteis de la política abusiva de cancelaciones al realizar el pago. Queremos que nos enviéis factura del importe que os quedasteis con los conceptos aplicados. Y tomaremos las medidas legales oportunas. Gracias.

A lovely campsite with plenty of great, spacious RV pitches. Each pitch comes with electricity and a water tap. The sites are shaded, and the entire park is beautiful, offering a real "forest getaway" feel. The sanitary facilities are clean, and the amazing young woman at reception was incredibly kind—helpful in every way and answering every … question with a smile. There is a pizzeria and a mini-market (though they were closed during our stay, perhaps because it was the end of the season), as well as swimming pools and another wonderful restaurant serving Tuscan cuisine. We really enjoyed ourselves! Thank you for the warm welcome.

They’re thieves. We left a €300 deposit for our 9-day stay. On our trip from Spain, we had an accident and the car was totaled; we provided proof that we were stranded. We requested a refund several times, and after a series of evasive responses, they stopped answering us altogether.

Son unos ladrones. Dejamos 300€ de depósito para nuestra estancia de 9 días. En nuestro viaje desde España tuvimos un accidente y el coche fue siniestro, acreditamos que nos quedamos tirados. Reclamamos varias veces el reembolso y tras varias evasivas ya nos dejaron de contestar.

The campground was great! A wonderful base for exploring Tuscany, with a large pool! The staff is attentive and friendly. The campground is clean, and the air-conditioned mobile homes offer excellent value for the price.

We stayed at this beautiful, quiet campground for three days. We had a wonderfully shaded spot. The restrooms were clean and plentiful. The attached swimming pool was included for guests to use. It was very nice and refreshing. We’ll definitely be back. Best regards
