Safari tent - 8 persons

The new bungalows are very clean and beautiful. The staff was very friendly and always helpful. The supermarket has very good fruits and vegetables with very affordable prices for being inside a campground, so much so that we did not shop elsewhere. We also bought a roast chicken and potatoes in the deli, and everything was very good. There is good food in the restaurant and the gentlemen in the store and the guys at the bar are very friendly and always smiling. The animators at Metamorfosi were wonderful, full of energy, always sunny, very kind and great with young and old and above all with incredible energy!!! All this made our vacation really very nice!!! We will return there very gladly. Only "flaws" on which uale in my opinion there would be room for improvement, are the shaded spaces in the pool: there should be a few more; also the deck chairs should be, in my opinion, increased.

Dear CapFun Team,
—you usually place a HIGH priority on quality, but has anyone from your team actually ever been to this campground?! The campground would normally have the potential to be a 4-star property, but the restrooms, the lack of hygiene, no soap dispensers, no toilet paper—and if there is any, it’s hanging on the toilet brush or on the wet floor. Speaking of wet floors, the worst part is the pool area—the toilet is practically floating there, and people coming out of it jump right into the pool afterward…
For RV visitors, finding a place to empty the toilet tank is a real hassle, and unfortunately, there’s no gray water disposal anywhere on the entire property.
International entertainment? Our kids love the kids’ entertainment, but it’s mostly in Italian or French, with only broken English—in short, over 60 percent of the guests here are Dutch, Belgian, and German-speaking vacationers who feel like they’re being taken for a ride…
It’s nice that they have animals here, but it’s not nice at all that there’s only one donkey on the property—these are herd animals, and even in Italy it’s illegal to keep just one animal…
Unfortunately, based on our experience, the resort doesn’t even deserve 2 stars, because the most basic—and even criminal—regulations are being disregarded here…

Another wonderful stay at Cap Fun, and especially at Campo Del Fiori. The entertainment and technical staff were top-notch. I’d like to thank the girls on the entertainment team—Bea, Greta, and Lily—for their warmth and kindness toward my daughter, both at the kids’ club and outside of it. Best of luck to the entire Cap Fun Campo Del Fiori team.

First time, and probably last, in campo dei fiori, a nice place with few things to improve. The camping is surrounded by nature, with animals like goats and a donkey. Restaurant and bike rental are great and not so expensive. Pool is big but with few sunbeds, customers leave their towel on sunbeds all day long and lifeguard doesn't remove it. Gardeners cut grass without caring of nearby customers. The most disappointing thing is the animation. Nice tennis lessons, but everything else is only for french and noisy. Animators shouting into microphone every night, at the bar during dinner - house right behind - and at the theatre, so loud that is impossible to stay there. Baby dance short and not done every night, never saw anything like this in any other camping. We saw two shows, the first was not a show but a sort of konference where animators talk for one hour, and the another one in french. Disappointing.
