Park Albatros is a large holiday park set among beautiful pine trees in Tuscany, with extensive facilities for families. Guests particularly appreciate the many swimming pools with slides and soft surfaces, the diverse activities, the friendly entertainment team, and the good infrastructure including supermarket, restaurants and food trucks. The beach is about 10-15 minutes' walk away. Areas for improvement include wifi quality, beach distance for some guests, restaurant quality and pricing, and maintenance of sanitary facilities and some amenities.

    Lots of light and shade here…

    Shade:

    - Plenty of cigarette butts await you in front of your porch and by the kids' pool
    - Staff who are sometimes arrogant and completely unmotivated
    - Dogs, dogs, dogs, dogs,…
    - The pizzeria and its staff by the pool are a joke
    - A lot of car traffic in the camp
    - I’d call the internet the worst I’ve ever had, but for that to be true, there would first have to be any internet at all. The Wi-Fi here is an absolute disgrace
    - Mini-portions at the food stands with absolutely mediocre quality—with one major exception (see “Light”)

    Light:

    - Top-notch pool area, especially
    For kids (albeit with lots of annoying ball games that are allowed)
    - the pizzeria on the fast-food strip
    It’s simply amazing, staff and all, in every respect
    - the bus that drives through the camp is great fun for the kids
    - quiet hours are strictly enforced here
    - You’re allowed to check into the bungalows earlier than planned
    - The supermarket is really top-notch for a campground (selection and prices), though some of the staff are absolutely useless

    - Jede Menge Zigarettenstummel erwarten dich vor deiner Veranda und am Kinderpool
    - teils arrogantes, völlig unmotiviertes Personal
    - Hunde, Hunde, Hunde, Hunde,…
    - die Pizzeria samt Personal am Pool ist ein Scherz
    - viel Autoverkehr im Camp
    - ich würde ja das Internet als das schlechteste was ich je hatte bezeichnen, aber dafür müsste es erstmal Internet geben. Das wifi hier ist eine absolute Unverschämtheit
    - Mini-Portionen an den Essensständen bei absolut mäßiger Qualität- mit einer großen Ausnahme (siehe Licht)

    - top Poolanlage vor allem
    Für Kids (wenn auch mit vielen nervigen Ballspielen, die erlaubt sind)
    - die Pizzeria an der Fast Food Meile
    Ist inklusive Personal einfach nur bombastisch gut, in jeglicher Hinsicht
    - der Bus, der durchs Camp fährt ist für die Kids sehr unterhaltsam
    - die Nachtruhe wird hier gut eingehalten
    - man darf früher in die Bungalows als geplant
    - der Supermarkt ist für einen Campingplatz wirklich top (Auswahl und Preise), dass Personal hingegen teilweise absolut unbrauchbar

    Poor shower cleanliness, showers were always cold, dirty pool, supermarket with exorbitant prices, and not all the roads inside the campground were passable for a 7.50-meter motorhome. I’d say it wasn’t worth the price we paid. An experience to forget.
