Summary created out of 150 reviews

Park 2364 is set in a green, shaded environment beneath pine trees, approximately 700 meters from the beach on the Etruscan coast. Guests particularly appreciate the spacious pitches, the friendly and helpful staff, and the lively animation program that entertains both children and adults. The location provides an excellent base for excursions to Tuscan cities such as Pisa, Siena, and Florence. Areas for improvement include the outdated and sometimes unhygienic sanitary facilities, the small swimming pool that becomes too crowded during high season, and mixed experiences with cleaning and maintenance.

We stayed for 11 days, camping in a tent, with five people. We had a wonderful time; the bathrooms were spotlessly clean. The pool was beautiful, large, and very clean, and the staff and entertainment team were very kind and welcoming, even though they could do a little more. Other than that, nothing to complain about!

Siamo stati ben 11 giorni, in tenda, in 5 persone.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A nice camping vacation with a few significant drawbacks

We spent two weeks at Toskana Bella in an elongated Kenya tent with two bedrooms and a kitchen. Some of the tents are starting to show their age. In our first tent, half of the curtains had been torn from their mountings or were hanging loose. The window was missing its zipper, so it couldn’t be closed at all. It was dirty, and the canopy looked terrible. (In both tents) Elsewhere, too, some areas had been “patched up” with tape. 🫣Cleanliness was also only partially up to par.

Thanks to the very friendly and accommodating lady at the front desk, we were able to switch to another tent without any problems, which was significantly better. 👍 The amenities were generally top-notch: fridge-freezer combo, pots, pans, dishes, etc.—everything was there. There are no fly screens—be sure to pack DEET! 🦟 Ants also like to stop by. So make sure to seal everything tightly and take out the trash in the evening; otherwise, you’ll have an ant highway running through your kitchen in the morning. 🐜😂

The resort is small, cozy, and perfect for unwinding. There are activities, but on a small scale—which was more than enough for us. The mini-disco and aqua aerobics were great. From around midnight to 8 a.m., it’s really quiet; only the compressor at the bike station, which starts up in the morning, can be a bit annoying at times. 🚲

At first, the pool was a bit small and dirty due to Ferragosto/peak season, and there weren’t enough lounge chairs. Ten days later, it was much more relaxed, and it was easy to find a spot.

🍕 The pizzeria is okay; takeout pizza costs about €8.50–10.50. Prices at the bar are a bit higher, but still reasonable. A scoop of ice cream costs €1.50—you can’t complain about that. 🍦

🌊 The ocean is an absolute highlight: a pebble-and-sand beach with pleasantly warm and very clear water. It’s about a 10-minute walk, though you have to cross a road with no shade. Our handcart was worth its weight in gold. 😂 The mini-market is okay for bread rolls and small items; for bigger purchases, it’s better to go elsewhere.

🚿 Unfortunately, the restrooms are our biggest complaint. The front area seems to have been recently renovated and looks great. However, the showers lack shelves, soap, and proper ways to dry your hands. Some of the showers smelled like urine. On 8 out of 14 days, the toilet paper was either gone or in short supply in all the restrooms. Additionally, on one side of about 8 toilets, 3 were damaged. One was missing its toilet tank cover—it lay next to it from the first to the last day of our vacation, and it’s probably still there today. 😂 As much as I appreciate Italian laid-backness: That’s just not acceptable.

    TIP:
🚗 You can take great day trips from the campground. When parking, though, it’s best to read parking lot reviews beforehand and take photos of the cars parked next to yours. That way, you’re covered in case any damage shows up later. The Italian parking style is unique—the bumper apparently sometimes serves as a distance sensor. 😂🇮🇹

    ❤️ Bottom line

A small, charming, and cozy campground with a great view of the sea, friendly staff, and a pleasant atmosphere. For us as camping enthusiasts, many things weren’t the end of the world. Nevertheless, there’s definitely room for improvement in terms of condition, cleanliness, and especially the restroom facilities.

🍕 Die Pizzeria ist okay, Pizza to go ca. 8,50–10,50 €.

I stayed with my family at this resort during the week of mid-August
. The staff was courteous, and the entertainment was very enjoyable.
We stayed in the Safari tent; it wasn’t clean enough and wasn’t worth the price we paid, and the air conditioning wasn’t suitable for the accommodation.
The beach isn’t really within walking distance; a shuttle service is available but runs very infrequently.

Personale cortese , animazione molto piacevole .

So, all in all, the campground was okay. New restrooms, spacious, shaded campsites, very friendly receptionists, a bar, a restaurant, and entertainment—everything was fine.
A few notes, or at least some useful information.
    1. The website says “pet-friendly,” but in reality, dogs are only allowed on the campground grounds (including the bar and restaurant). They’re not allowed in the pool area (by “pool area” I mean the lawn); there’s no fenced-in area where you can let them run free; the “shower” is a fountain with a hose attached, half of which is fenced off and provides only cold water.
    2. Right next to the campground is a huge amusement park that plays loud music late into the night every evening (I don’t know if this is a regular occurrence, but it’s definitely not ideal).
    3. The restaurant’s prices are crazy, to say the least. We ordered two pizzas, a serving of fries that we didn’t ask for—they just don’t serve pizza with fries (clever of them)—and four small bottles of water, and we spent 38€.
    4. If you need to do laundry, think twice because the cost of a token for one wash—I repeat, one—is €5.
Conclusions: If you’re looking for 100% complete relaxation and if you have dogs, I wouldn’t recommend it; otherwise, it’s okay.

Dunque, campeggio tutto sommato ok. Bagni nuovi, piazzole spaziose dotate di ombra, receptionist molto gentili, bar, ristorante, animazione, tutto ok.
Alcuni appunti, o comunque informazioni utili.
