Our experience was confusing and disappointing. In the morning, we were told the dog could stay with us, which we appreciated. But when we returned after lunch, they made us leave, saying the dog couldn’t be on the grass, which felt contradictory. On top of that, the owner made some rather rude remarks as we were leaving. If you have a dog, think carefully if this place really suits you. La nostra esperienza è stata purtroppo confusa e deludente. Al mattino, ci è stato detto che il cane poteva stare tranquillamente con noi, e abbiamo apprezzato. Al nostro ritorno, però, ci hanno mandato via, dicendo che il cane non poteva stare sull’erba, creando una situazione ambigua. In più, mentre ce ne andavamo, il proprietario ha fatto commenti poco cortesi. Chi ha un cane, valuti bene se questo posto fa davvero al caso suo. Response to the facility: We respect the rules. You're probably confused at the facility, since you don't even know where pets are allowed. The biggest problem is the lack of respect for guests. We didn't complain about the staff, who politely asked us to move, but rather about the owner, who was rude to us. Probabilmente avete confusione nella struttura visto che non sapete nemmeno voi dove possono stare gli animali. Il problema più grande è la mancanza di rispetto verso i clienti. Non ci siamo lamentati del personale che ci ha chiesto di spostarci in maniera educata ma piuttosto del titolare che è stato sgarbato con noi. Il posto è bello ,ma purtroppo siamo dovuti andare via senza finire la nostra vacanza. Il titolare è veramente una persona maleducata,che si crede di essere chissà chi,ci ha insultati dicendo anche parole poco piacevoli su di noi e i cani in generale,premetto che il mio cane è molto educato così come anche noi, è poco rispettoso e altrettanto per niente piacevole sentir parlare in quel modo nei confronti di persone che come noi vanno lì portando dei soldi alla struttura. Eravamo davanti al bar sulle sdraie(non in piscina ), il cane a terra vicino a noi al guinzaglio, è venuto il cameriere con educazione a dirci che dalla direzione gli hanno detto dovevamo andare via che il cane poteva stare solo ai tavoli del bar, noi ci siamo spostati ,ma mentre andavamo ai tavoli abbiamo sentito frasi per niente piacevoli , dopo averglielo fatto notare pensando erano degli ospiti, invece no, con la sua arroganza ha dichiarato di essere il titolare , non mi sarei mai aspettata una persona del genere come titolare di questa struttura,per carità pessima esperienza, non metteremo mai più piede in quel posto.

Location molto bella, personale molto gentile e disponibile, cucina di pesce buona anche se leggermente saporita, consiglio di chiedere se il peperoncino è gradito

Avevamo chiesto via email se potevamo portare il nostro cagnolino, ci era stato assicurato di sì, anche negli spazi comuni, ma sul posto è stato tutto il contrario. Il proprietario, con un atteggiamento scortese, ci ha cacciati via nel pomeriggio, nonostante altri ospiti avessero cani. Il problema non è stato solo l’incoerenza con le informazioni fornite, ma soprattutto il modo in cui ci hanno trattato. Wir hatten per E-Mail nachgefragt, ob wir unseren kleinen Hund mitbringen könnten, und uns wurde zugesichert, dass das kein Problem sei, auch in den Gemeinschaftsbereichen. Doch vor Ort war es genau das Gegenteil. Der Besitzer hat uns am Nachmittag, mit einem unhöflichen Verhalten, rausgeworfen, obwohl andere Gäste Hunde hatten. Das Problem war nicht nur die widersprüchliche Information, sondern auch die Art, wie wir behandelt wurden. Ein echter Reinfall—wir werden nicht wiederkommen und raten jedem, der mit Tieren reist, sehr vorsichtig zu sein.”

Prachtige camping in de bergen met schitterend uitzicht. Mooi zwembad en leuke bar. Ruime plaatsen op vlakke stukken. Enige nadeel is als je weggaat je of langs een boerderij moet wat niet kan vanwege zeer diepe karren sporen of een 180 graden draai moet maken naar de tweede uitgang wat niet met een caravan lukt. We hebben dit bij de receptie aangegeven en mochten via de ingang eruit. Maar ja dan kom je op het smalle toegangsweggetje wel eens een auto tegen….🫣
