Summary created out of 409 reviews

The location directly on Lake Garda is praised by guests as the park's biggest asset, with easy access to Peschiera and surrounding towns. The park offers extensive facilities including pools, restaurants, shops and entertainment, but the infrastructure is clearly outdated. Cleanliness of the sanitary facilities is a major pain point: guests complain about dirty toilets and showers, broken doors and insufficient maintenance. Staff also receive mixed reviews – some experience friendliness, while others feel dismissed or poorly treated, especially when raising complaints.

There is no room and is overpopulated. Rooms were not cleaned for random pieces of cornflakes in draws. Electric was unsafe and the bed broke.

The HU Stay Smart Plus mobile home was okay, but it wasn’t exactly clean—there were visible mosquito bites left by the previous guests, a baseboard was hanging loose, and the slatted bed frame was also defective. We had to wait two days for the promised towel delivery. But all in all, it was okay—if you turn a blind eye to a few things. It was also very noisy at night because of the busy road outside the park. The pool area was too small for so many people, not clean, and often very dirty. I think the staff just can’t keep up with the crowds anymore. We often went to the pool at the back of the apartments—it was reasonably quiet, and you could escape the hustle and bustle a bit. The park’s shops were overpriced. The supermarket was also very expensive; it’s better to drive 1.5 kilometers and shop at Lidl. The pizzeria was great—the pizza was delicious, a real highlight. (Down by the lake) The lake access was great, and it’s a 20-minute walk to Peschiera. We’d been in Tuscany at the HU Park Albatros and were a bit disappointed with that park. But there’s plenty to do here, and the location is relatively central. If this were my campground, I’d give it a complete overhaul (the mobile homes sometimes look terrible, and many of the lounge chairs are broken) and upgrade the amenities, because for 2,250 for 10 days, you’d expect a bit more—the comfort factor has to be there, otherwise no one will come back a second time.

The campground is in a very beautiful location; the lake is lovely
There are rocks in the lake that are too big, and I broke my toe
The pool is very nice and really warm
    The pizza is very tasty
Wi-Fi: There’s internet available at the houses or at the campground; you have to pick up the password at the reception desk—the staff there were very unfriendly.

The campground isn't really suitable for teenagers; the pools are much too shallow, but it's great fun for small children

Large “5-star” campground with plenty of places to eat and drink. A small train runs from the campground to the center of Peschiera del Garda for a fee.
Unfortunately, you have to pay for Wi-Fi, which is really outdated for a 5-star campground. A major drawback.
Any friends who want to visit guests have to pay a hefty fee.
Furthermore, the roads on the campground are poorly maintained, with many potholes. There’s also a lot of nuisance caused by electric scooters.
