Summary created out of 395 reviews

The location directly on Lake Garda is praised by guests as the park's biggest asset, with easy access to Peschiera and surrounding towns. The park offers extensive facilities including pools, restaurants, shops and entertainment, but the infrastructure is clearly outdated. Cleanliness of the sanitary facilities is a major pain point: guests complain about dirty toilets and showers, broken doors and insufficient maintenance. Staff also receive mixed reviews – some experience friendliness, while others feel dismissed or poorly treated, especially when raising complaints.

We were a bit worried beforehand because of all the bad reviews, but wow, we’re pleasantly surprised!
We stayed in an apartment (Lavanda), and even though our shower leaked a little and some of the paint was peeling, we’re otherwise very satisfied!
We were supposed to get the keys at 5 p.m., but the apartment wasn’t ready yet, so we didn’t get them until 6 p.m. Not the best start, but we asked if we could check out an hour later, and that was fine.
    The entertainment here is fantastic!
Fun activities, the “Frozen” musical, arts and crafts… everything was top-notch!
The staff was also great—nothing to complain about.
There are also lots of nice pools.
The campground’s little supermarket is also great.
    Tasty, fresh, and affordable.
Plus, there’s live music at the campground every evening.
As for the negative reviews about the lounge chairs by the pools: we were there from late July through August 1, and it wasn’t nearly as bad as people said. We always found two lounge chairs right next to each other. We didn’t go out to reserve them with towels in the morning—we just checked when we got there.
    So, a great vacation!
What bothered me the most of all, though, were the African women at Lake Garda who kept pestering us to braid our child’s hair. Sometimes they were shouting so loudly to each other that it ruined the nice, pleasant atmosphere.
But this has nothing to do with the campground itself

    Animatie is hier super!

Great location, reception staff quite unfriendly. Decent facilities. A shame that nothing can be done about the people outside the entrance to the lake who can be quite aggressive towards each other and camp goers when trying to sell their products.

A very nice campground that’s more like a large hotel complex. The mobile home is fine. Basically, you have everything you need, even if the furnishings are very basic. For example, there aren’t enough bowls or sharp knives. The air conditioning works perfectly. The bathroom is very small. Six people could never stay here. There are additional showers and laundry facilities on the grounds. There are also washing machines, though €5 per load without detergent is a bit steep. Everything is there for the kids. Good pool area—you should line up there an hour before opening tomorrow to guarantee you’ll get sun loungers with umbrellas. I was surprised by the sports and entertainment program.
We were booked at the far right end of the lake. Next door is another resort that gets extremely loud starting in the afternoon. It’s impossible to sleep or even find any peace before 11 p.m. This is very disruptive. Therefore, I’m deducting one star.

    Lavanda Apartment for 4 people
2 children, 2 adults—I wouldn't necessarily recommend theapartment unless you don’t plan on staying there—it’s fine just for sleeping, but it’s too small for four people to spend a day relaxing
The campground is in a decent location with a friendly atmosphere
We opted for half-board; the restaurant meals included in the half-board weren’t great, and drinks were charged separately—they were a bit pricey
