Summary created out of 401 reviews

The location directly on Lake Garda is praised by guests as the park's biggest asset, with easy access to Peschiera and surrounding towns. The park offers extensive facilities including pools, restaurants, shops and entertainment, but the infrastructure is clearly outdated. Cleanliness of the sanitary facilities is a major pain point: guests complain about dirty toilets and showers, broken doors and insufficient maintenance. Staff also receive mixed reviews – some experience friendliness, while others feel dismissed or poorly treated, especially when raising complaints.

We went with our two young children and stayed for ten nights in an 'Iris'. We booked and paid through Bella Italia as this was cheaper than through EuroCamp or others. Overall, I'd say it's an impressive campsite when you consider the size, range of facilities and restaurants, the entertainment including water park is spot on for young kids, and the location is great for the lake and local towns. Yes, I agree with other reviewers that some of the accommodation looks like it needs a little maintenance; and in peak season the site is very busy - especially the pool (between 10.30 and 5.30). But the service we received was generally good, our accommodation was clean and big enough for our family, we had a great time and felt it was value for money. I would caution against booking the cheaper accommodation - like a bungalow or apartment (as these are in noiser locations on site and look more dated) - and would recommend researching thoroughly what you can do in the local area to make the most of your stay. I'm not sure I'd go back, but my kids definitely would and I totally understand why other families return year after year. It's not as glossy as some make it seem on Social Media and it doesn't try to be as luxury as a Center Parcs or a fancy hotel, so don't expect those luxuries. Take it for what it is. We had a really good stay.
