    Cancellation Policy


    Cancellation of a reservation must be communicated to the provider by e-mail.

    There are costs associated with a cancellation.

    • If cancelled up to the 42nd day (excluding) before the day of departure: the deposit;
    • for cancellation from the 42nd day (inclusive) to the 28th day (exclusive) before the day of departure: 60% of the travel sum;
    • for cancellation from the 28th day (inclusive) to the day of departure: 90% of the travel sum;- for cancellation on the day of arrival or later: the full travel sum. It is advisable to take out cancellation insurance for this purpose.

    Changes, other than location and rental period, can be communicated to the provider at least 2 weeks before arrival. No fees will be charged for changes.

    Please note: Changes in accommodation are subject to cancellation.

  • Payment information

    5.1 The 30% deposit must be paid within 8 days of booking.

    5.2 The balance of 70% of the total amount must be paid no later than 6 weeks before arrival.

    5.3 For bookings made within 6 weeks before arrival, the total travel sum must be paid immediately.

    5.4 If payment is not made on time, Lodgeholidays has the right, after a reminder by e-mail, to cancel the booking, in which case the principal of the reservation will be held liable for the cancellation.

    5.5 In case of negligent payment, the principal of the reservation shall be liable for all judicial and extrajudicial costs and possible interest.

    What a hidden gem this campground is! We were there for 2 weeks in April and we had a super vacation! Beautiful and spacious pitches with beautiful mountain views everywhere. Located on the Lago di Corlo, a beautiful and quiet lake. Neat and very clean plumbing, with shower curtains yes, but we have not experienced that as a disadvantage! The 2 sisters owners are very friendly and concerned ladies who always took time for us. With the dog you have a lot of walking possibilities, directly from the campsite into the forest! Also along the lake is a trail towards Arsiè. There are plenty of excursions. You get a folder in which many possibilities are mentioned. The village of Arsiè has a small supermarket, a bakery, butcher and a delicious and cheap pizzeria: Flaminio. The access road is narrow only at the last hamlet (1 street with houses), but fine to do with our (large) caravan. Moreover, everyone knows that campers/caravans can drive there so people take them into account. The last part to the campsite is wider again and one can see each other coming. There is no road passing the campsite, so it is wonderfully quiet! The campsite has a bar/pizzeria and an outdoor terrace. Looks all cozy. Thank you for your hospitality. We will be back!!!!

    Wat een verborgen pareltje is deze camping! We waren er 2 weken in april en we hebben een super vakantie gehad! Mooie en ruime plaatsen met overal een prachtig uitzicht op de bergen. Gelegen aan het Lago di Corlo, een prachtig en stil meer. Keurig en zeer schoon sanitair, met douchegordijntjes ja, maar dat hebben wij niet als nadeel ondervonden! De 2 zussen eigenaressen zijn zeer vriendelijke en betrokken dames die altijd tijd voor ons namen. Met de hond heb je zeer veel wandelmogelijkheden, direct vanaf de camping het bos in! Ook langs het meer is een wandelpad uitgezet richting Arsiè. Uitstapjes zijn er plenty. Je krijgt een map waarin veel mogelijkheden genoemd worden. Het dorpje Arsiè heeft een kleine supermarkt, een bakker, slager en een heerlijke en goedkope pizzeria: Flaminio. De toegangsweg is pas bij het laatste gehuchtje (1 straat met huizen) smal, maar prima te doen met onze (grote) caravan. Bovendien weet iedereen dat er campers/caravans kunnen rijden dus men houdt er rekening mee. Het laatste stuk naar de camping is weer breder en men kan elkaar zien aankomen. Er loopt geen weg langs de camping, dus het is er heerlijk rustig! De camping heeft een bar/pizzeria en een buitenterras. Ziet er allemaal gezellig uit. Bedankt voor jullie gastvrijheid. We komen terug!!!!

    We stayed here for six nights. What a nice and clean campground. We received a very friendly welcome and were allowed to pick our own pitch. Road friendly all. There is bread service, you can order food for your caravan, tent or camper or have a nice meal (which was delicious by the way) on the terrace, there is a bar, small store and a tennis court. The sanitary facilities are very clean and really hot water. Also for washing dishes there are plenty of clean containers with hot water. Highly recommended!!!

    We hebben hier zes nachten gestaan. Wat een fijne en schone camping. We werden zeer vriendelijk ontvangen en mochten zelf een plaats uitzoeken. Weg gemoedelijk allemaal. Er is broodjes-service, je kunt er eten bestellen voor bij je caravan, tent of camper of gezellig eten (wat overigens heerlijk was) op het terras, er is een barretje, klein winkeltje en een tennisbaan. Het sanitair is erg schoon en echt heet water. Ook voor het afwassen zijn er genoeg schone bakken met heet water. Een echte aanrader!!!
