    Very large, extensive grounds. Can also be a disadvantage for some if the routes are too long. Some faults are not even rectified, shower by the sea has been out of order for four days. Lots to offer for children of all ages. One drawback in my opinion is that the sun loungers with umbrellas have to be purchased separately and are not included. All in all, a very nice resort and a great atmosphere.

    Sehr großes, weitläufiges Gelände. Kann für manche auch zum Nachteil werden, wenn die Strecken zu lang sind. Manche Mängel werden gar nicht beseitigt, Dusche am Meer seit vier Tagen defekt, außer Betrieb. Viel für Kinder jeden Alters zu bieten. Ein Manco meines Erachtens ist, dass die Liegen mit Schirm zusätzlich erworben werden müssen und nicht mit inklusive sind. Im großen und ganzen eine sehr schöne Anlage und tolle Atmosphäre.

    We are currently staying at Camping Pra' delle Torri with three families and have each booked our accommodation separately. In each individual booking, we explicitly stated that we wanted mobile homes next to each other or in close proximity to each other - including the respective booking numbers of our friends. On arrival, we discovered that we were nevertheless accommodated far apart - about ten minutes' walk from each other. Unfortunately, when we asked, there was no solution, just more and more excuses: first we were told that we hadn't specified the request. Then we were told that the booking numbers were missing. Then they even claimed that the names of our friends did not exist in the system. We were able to refute all of these claims. It is particularly disappointing that we were not offered any concessions despite the obvious errors. The situation is extremely impractical, especially with children. Our friends' son fell and severely injured both knees, which makes the long distances between accommodation even more stressful. Mistakes can happen - but the way they deal with them and the constant excuses instead of real help are absolutely disappointing for us. We would have expected much more customer service and honesty from Eurocamp. We will definitely not be returning!

    Wir sind aktuell mit drei Familien auf dem Campingplatz Camping Pra’ delle Torri und haben unsere Unterkünfte jeweils separat gebucht. In jeder einzelnen Buchung haben wir ausdrücklich angegeben, dass wir Mobilheime nebeneinander bzw. in direkter Nähe zueinander möchten – inklusive der jeweiligen Buchungsnummern unserer Freunde. Bei der Ankunft mussten wir feststellen, dass wir trotzdem weit auseinander untergebracht wurden – etwa zehn Minuten Fußweg voneinander entfernt. Auf unsere Nachfrage folgte leider keine Lösung, sondern nur immer neue Ausreden: Erst hieß es, wir hätten den Wunsch nicht angegeben. Dann hieß es, die Buchungsnummern hätten gefehlt. Danach wurde sogar behauptet, die Namen unserer Freunde würden im System nicht existieren. Alles davon konnten wir eindeutig widerlegen. Besonders enttäuschend ist, dass uns trotz der offensichtlichen Fehler keinerlei Entgegenkommen angeboten wurde. Gerade mit Kindern ist die Situation extrem unpraktisch. Der Sohn unserer Freunde ist gestürzt und hat sich beide Knie stark verletzt, wodurch die langen Wege zwischen den Unterkünften zusätzlich belastend sind. Fehler können passieren – aber der Umgang damit und die ständigen Ausreden statt echter Hilfe sind für uns absolut enttäuschend. Wir hätten uns deutlich mehr Kundenservice und Ehrlichkeit von Eurocamp erwartet. Wir werden definitiv nicht wiederkommen!
