This holiday park is appreciated by guests for its excellent cleanliness, featuring modern and well-maintained sanitary facilities. The swimming pool with its spacious pool landscape, slides and pirate ship is a highlight, especially for families with children. The friendly and helpful staff receives many compliments, as does the location directly by the beach with its clean, well-maintained surroundings. Guests value the green, spacious layout of the park, the varied restaurants and the good facilities such as shops and entertainment. Points of attention include the wifi connection which regularly experiences disruptions and has limited coverage, long waiting times at the slides and bakery, and occasional reports of pests.

It’s a very large resort, yet everything is within easy reach. The hotel is centrally located and is highly recommended for non-campers. The rooms are well-equipped, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The walks to the beach and the pool area aren’t too long. You can take lovely walks within the resort.

Well, I’m not sure what to make of it. We’re disappointed. It’s a huge campground, but I don’t really understand the high rating. Do you want all the amenities in one place? Then you’ve come to the right place. Padel courts, tennis courts, swimming pools, a carnival, several soccer fields, and a bazaar. It’s all there. That said, you have to pay for everything. You even have to pay for the lounge chairs by the pool. This might be a matter of choice—after all, it saves you from having to lay out towels—but 12 euros a day per chair is, in my opinion, a rip-off.

There are several vendors walking along the beach trying to sell towels, kites, or junk. They’re pushy and won’t give up. This made the beach a less pleasant place for me.

Then there are the mosquitoes. I’ve rarely seen so many mosquitoes. Insect repellent is a must. On the first day, our daughter was outside for just 5 minutes and had already been bitten 8 times. And I’m not exaggerating.

Then there’s the intercom. Every day without fail at 12:45 p.m., the intercom goes off for several minutes to announce siesta time. You’re not allowed to do anything—no dishes, no washing the car, and preferably not even breathing. It has to be quiet. You’re also not allowed to enter or leave the park during that time. Want to go grocery shopping? That’ll have to wait.

Then there are the whistles at the pool… I honestly wonder if those people can even talk or if they can only whistle. For every wrong step you take, they proudly blow that whistle as if their lives depended on it.

Then there’s my biggest personal annoyance. I’ve rarely been nearly run over as often as I have here. Everyone rides those electric scooters like crazy and doesn’t pay any attention to others at all. I don’t feel safe here. It goes hand in hand with antisocial behavior, and unfortunately, the park isn’t doing anything about it.

The supermarket is extremely expensive. Really, really expensive. And the line there means you just have to wait fifteen minutes.
Once for us, but never again.

Hu, on the other hand, had everything perfectly organized, and the cottage was nice; Hu’s service was also just as I’d come to expect from them—simply good.

Anti-insectenspray is een must.

Echt heel duur.
