General information

The Lodge Country is designed for four people and has two bedrooms and one bathroom.

Inside, you enter the living room with a sofa, dining table, and television. The room is equipped with heating and air conditioning. The kitchen is located right next to it and is equipped with tableware, kitchen utensils, a kettle, sink, electric coffee maker, stovetops, microwave, and refrigerator.

The first bedroom has a double bed measuring 160x200 cm. The second bedroom has two single beds of 80x190 cm.

The bathroom is fully equipped and has a shower, washbasin, and toilet.

Outside, under the covered veranda, you will find comfortable lounge sofas and a drying rack.

Sheets, towels, blankets, and pillows are included, and the beds are made up upon arrival. Wi-Fi is available and one vehicle can be parked at the accommodation.

    Sandaya Cancellation Policy


    For any cancellation request, please contact the Sandaya campground where you made your reservation.

    Please note that, in accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, none of Sandaya’s services are subject to the right of withdrawal.

    In the event of cancellation by the customer after booking and before arrival, the following conditions apply:

    • For cancellations up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival date, Sandaya will retain the deposit paid.
    • For cancellations made 29 days or less before arrival, Sandaya will retain the full amount paid.

    If you have purchased the Liberté option, flexible cancellation terms apply:

    • Up to 30 days before arrival, the stay can be canceled free of charge and all amounts paid will be fully refunded (excluding the cost of the Liberté option).
    • From 29 to 14 days before arrival, the stay can be canceled for a fixed cancellation fee of €90. Only the amounts already paid will be refunded, minus this fee and the cost of the Liberté option.
    • From 13 days prior to arrival and once the stay has begun, no refund is possible.

    The deadlines are calculated based on the date the cancellation request is received.

  • Payment information

    The deposit is: 30% of the total price of your stay and any additional services. The remaining amount must be paid 30 days before the arrival date.

This holiday park offers an excellent location directly on a beautiful sandy beach and is appreciated for its well-maintained, manageable size. Guests praise the modern sanitary facilities that are regularly cleaned, the heated swimming pool, and the friendly, dedicated animation staff who provide a varied programme. The shop is well-stocked and the park is very suitable for families with dogs thanks to the separate dog beach. Despite the good facilities, several guests point to disappointing experiences with the restaurant and terrace, where service and quality do not match the five-star status, and improvements to reception and service are desired.

    We stayed on a campervan site for 6 days, during the week of August 16–22. We were honestly amazed at how the EUROPA campground could objectively deserve a top rating (5 stars) even from organizations like ADAC, whose inspectors I saw at the campground entrance, among other things...

    CUSTOMER SERVICE IS REALLY POOR!!! Let me explain:
    - the restrooms, showers, sinks, and washbasins are filthy AT ALL HOURS, and the soap and toilet cleaner dispensers are almost always empty;
    - I’ve never even seen this at a highway rest stop: clogged urinals that spurt “water” and soak your feet… the solution? They were cordoned off all week;
    - waves of sewage odor, even while washing dishes… terrible;
    - The kids’ attractions all require tokens and are really subpar;
    - Since I was staying with a 2-year-old, I would have made use of the playgrounds—too bad there’s only one on the beach, completely exposed to the sun all day long... A campground like this should have more than one, and they should be in the shade!
    - Safe GLUTEN-FREE options are practically nonexistent, and the staff is definitely unprepared when it comes to this;
    - The paving outside the (only) restaurant was inexplicably half-removed and dangerously unmarked throughout my entire stay.

    While I want to emphasize that I was always polite to the staff, at checkout, the staff didn’t even bother to ask if the guest had enjoyed their stay. They just opened the gate and… “All paid, all good, goodbye.”

    To anyone reading this review, I can assure you that there are other hotels in the area with one fewer star that offer significantly higher quality, PERFECT cleanliness at all hours, and overall management carried out with a level of care that seems to be completely absent here.

    The entertainment program and the proximity to the city center were positive.

    Abbiamo soggiornato in piazzola con camper per 6 giorni, la settimana dal 16/08 al 22/08. Siamo sinceramente rimasti stupiti di come il campeggio EUROPA possa oggettivamente meritare un punteggio massimo (5 stelle) anche da parte di enti come ADAC, i cui ispettori ho visto all'entrata del campeggio, tra il resto...

    IL SERVIZIO AL CLIENTE E' DAVVERO SCARSO!!! Mi spiego meglio:
    - i wc, le docce, lavabi e lavelli e sono lerci A TUTTE LE ORE ed i dispenser per sapone e detergente WC quasi sempre vuoti;
    - non ho mai visto nemmeno in autogrill, gli orinatoi intasati che sgorgano "acqua" bagnandoti i piedi... soluzione? transennati per tutta la settimana;
    - olezzo di scarichi a ondate anche mentre si lavano i piatti, ... terribile;
    - le attrazioni per bambini sono tutte a pagamento con gettoni e lasciano davvero a desiderare;
    - soggiornando con un figlio di 2 anni, avrei fruito dei parchi giochi, peccato che ce ne sia solo uno in spiaggia completamente al sole a tutte le ore... con un campeggio del genere dovrebbe essercene più di uno ed in ombra!
    - opzioni SENZA GLUTINE SICURE praticamente inesistenti, ed il personale, a riguardo, è decisamente impreparato;
    - la pavimentazione all'esterno del (unico) ristorante è inspiegabilmente mezza rimossa e pericolosamente non segnalata per tutto il tempo della mia permanenza.

    Sottolineando che mi sono sempre posto cortesemente con il personale, al momento del check-out il personale non si sincera nemmeno se il cliente abbia apprezzato il soggiorno. Viene aperta la stanga e... "tutto pagato, apposto, arrivederci".

    A chi legge questo commento, posso garantire che nella zona ci sono delle strutture con una stella in meno con qualità nettamente superiori, pulizia PERFETTA a tutte le ore, e gestione di tutto l'insieme fatta con quell'amore che qui sembra non esserci in nessun modo.

    Positiva l'animazione e la vicinanza al centro.

    A campground offering a wide range of amenities. We appreciated the staff’s friendliness and the campground’s proximity to the sea. The mobile homes are well-designed but lack some amenities. However, even a short trip to Venice requires some serious planning: it’s not close by, and the trip takes about 1 hour and 30 minutes.

    Un camping proposant de nombreux services. Nous avons apprécié l'amabilité du personnel et la proximité de la mer. Les Mobilhomes sont bien conçus mais peu équipés. En revanche, la moindre sortie pour Venise nécessite une vraie organisation : ce n'est pas à côté et il faut compter 1h30 de trajet.
