Enjoy being together in this spacious 8-person Safaritent, perfect for a relaxing glamping holiday with family or friends. Fully open the front and seamlessly blend indoor and outdoor living. Relax on the covered veranda with awning and experience outdoor living in complete comfort. Easily cook in the fully equipped kitchen with utensils, refrigerator, coffee maker, and kettle. The four-burner safety gas stove is movable, ideal for cooking outside. Sleep comfortably in three separate bedrooms: one with a double bed (160x200 cm) and two rooms with a total of three bunk beds (80x200 cm), all with good mattresses.

Guests particularly appreciate the friendly staff and the beautiful location directly on the Sauer river, within walking distance of Diekirch. The spacious camping pitches and the freedom to choose your own spot are highly valued. Since the takeover by Dutch owners in November, significant work has been done on renovations and improvements, visible in the new mobile homes and accommodations. Sanitary facilities are frequently mentioned as an area for improvement: the facilities are dated and while generally clean, details such as toilet roll holders and hand dryers are missing. Some guests also question the price-quality ratio. However, the campsite has great potential thanks to its location along the cycle path, proximity to the town centre and the peaceful, green surroundings.

    We stayed there for one week in July. The restrooms were extremely dirty on two occasions. The grout in the shower is a disgrace. When the campground is nearly fully booked, it should be cleaned twice a day. To get to the tent sites, you have to drive over the RV sites—that’s completely unacceptable. The size of the RV sites is great. The reception staff was very friendly.

    Wir waren 1 Woche im Juli da. Die sanitären Anlagen waren 2 mal extrem dreckig. Die Fugen in der Dusche sind eine Zumutung. Wenn der Platz fast ausgebucht ist, sollte 2 mal täglich gereinigt werden. Um auf die Zeltplätze zu kommen, wird über die Stellplätze gefahren, das geht garnicht. Die Größe der Stellplätze ist topp. Die Rezeption sehr freundlich

    Large campground, everything is well organized.
    There’s one large restroom building; the only downside might be that you have to walk a bit if your site is farther away.
    The restrooms have nice, thick, soft toilet paper and paper hand towels with soap. The showers are spacious, have a good water pressure, and the temperature is adjustable.
    Some sites are shaded by a tree. And you have electricity (16A) and running water right at your own site.
    There are large lampposts that give off a nice, warm light in the evening, so you don’t have to walk in pitch darkness.
    The campground has a good dining area, as well as a small shop and a reception desk.
    Even though the campground was very busy, it was still very peaceful. You might occasionally hear a dog barking in the distance, the sound echoing back through the valley.

    Één groot toiletgebouw, wat als enige nadeel kan zijn dat je een eindje moet lopen als je verder weg staat.
    Wc met lekker dik en zacht wc papier en zeep papieren handdoekjes. Douches zijn ruim en goede waterstraal en in te stellen in warmte.
    Sommigen plekken hebben de schaduw van een boom. En je hebt elektriciteit (16A) en tap water op je eigen plek.
    Er staan grote lantarenpalen waar savonds mooi warm licht uit komt. Dus je hoeft niet in het pikken donker te lopen.
    De camping heeft een goede eet gelegenheid. En een klein winkeltje en receptie.
    Het was ondanks dat de camping heel druk bezet was, heel rustig. Je hoort soms een hond in de verte blaffen, die dan met de echo van het dal weer wat terug komt

    We stayed here with our RV from June 6 to 9. The campground is within walking distance of the village and next to the river. But it’s not right on the river, since there’s a green belt and a bike path running alongside it. There are both sunny and shaded spots, thanks to the beautiful tall trees (including plane trees). All sites have a level grass surface. The owners/managers are very friendly and helpful. The restrooms aren’t very modern, but they are clean and functional. It’s really nice to bike along the river, starting right from the campground.

    Wij stonden hier met onze camper van 6 tot 9 juni. De camping ligt op loopafstand van het dorp en aan de rivier. Maar niet direct aan de rivier, omdat er nog een groenstrook en een fietspad langsliggen. Er zijn zowel zon- als schaduwplekken, door de mooie hoge bomen (w.o. platanen). Alle plaatsen hebben een vlakke grasbodem. De eigenaren/beheerders zijn zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het sanitair is niet heel modern, maar wel schoon en functioneel. Het is erg leuk om langs de rivier te fietsen, direct vanaf de camping.
