General information

In this spacious tunnel tent you have all the room you need and can truly experience that real camping feeling. The roll-up front wall ensures that inside and outside blend seamlessly, creating a wonderfully open atmosphere. The tent is fully furnished with a complete basic inventory, including a fridge, stove, and permanent beds. Ideal for those who want to experience real camping, but with a touch of comfort; exactly what you'll find in the Lodge.

The tent accommodates five sleeping places, divided over three separate sleeping cabins. In the parents' cabin there are even two comfortable box spring beds. Under the large awning, there is plenty of space to relax. You only need to bring your personal luggage and kitchen and bath linen. Everything else is already provided for a relaxing holiday.

    Auf Kengert + cancellation policy


    Changes For changes after the reservation, we charge a €25 processing fee. For changes that affect a (partial) cancellation, the cancellation policy applies to that part. Changes can only be made for the same holiday period as the original booking. Our seasons run from the end of April to the beginning of September.

    Cancellation Reservations can only be cancelled in writing. The cancellation fee is 25% of the rental amount for cancellations up to eight weeks before the booked period (minimum €115) and 50% of the rental amount for cancellations between eight and four weeks before the booked period (minimum €115). For cancellations within four weeks of the booked period, the full rental amount is due. If you arrive at the tent later or depart earlier than booked, no refund will be given. Cancellation costs can be reclaimed if you have taken out cancellation insurance. Whether this is possible depends on the insurance conditions and the reason for cancellation.

    Change/Cancellation by Country Camp Benelux If Country Camp Benelux cannot offer the reserved accommodation, the tenant will be informed immediately. You will be offered a suitable alternative without an increase in the travel sum. If you do not accept this, you will receive a refund of the travel sum and reservation costs within two weeks. Country Camp Benelux is not obliged to do so in the event of force majeure, such as the declaration of a state of emergency at the campsite, the outbreak of infectious diseases that may pose a danger to humans and/or animals, and imminent risk of flooding or forest fires.

    Yes. Dogs are only allowed on a leash and during the low season. They are not permitted in the shop, canteen, restaurant, sanitary facilities, or swimming pool. Other guests must not be disturbed by them. A maximum of 2 dogs per family.

Camping Auf Kengert is beautifully situated in the Müllerthal region, also known as 'Little Switzerland', and serves as an ideal base for nature lovers and hikers. Guests particularly praise the excellent sanitary facilities that are cleaned daily, the friendly and helpful staff, and the lovely outdoor swimming pool. The restaurant serves delicious dishes at affordable prices, and the fresh bread service in the morning is highly appreciated.     I stayed here for three nights in a quarter pod. Very basic, but it has everything you need. Normally I’d go camping in a tent, but in the fall I prefer a little more comfort. I had a delicious meal at the campground’s restaurant. It also feels warm and welcoming here. The surroundings are beautiful, too, so I’ll definitely be back!

    Ik ben hier drie nachten geweest in een quarter pod. Heel basic, maar precies wat je nodig hebt is er. Normaal gesproken zou ik met de tent gaan, maar in de herfst heb ik liever iets meer comfort. Heerlijk gegeten in het restaurant van de camping. Het voelt hier ook warm en welkom aan. De omgeving is ook nog eens prachtig, dus ik kom zeker nog eens terug!

    It’s a really beautiful campground.
    It’s wonderful to be surrounded by nature.
    The staff are really friendly. We felt truly welcome.
    The restrooms were very clean and comfortable.
    One small thing we could do without is music in the restrooms (it’s not very loud).
    But we definitely hope to come back again.

    Heerlijk midden in de natuur.
    Beheerders zijn echt gemoedelijk. We voelden ons echt welkom.
    Sanitair was heel schoon en fijn.
    1 puntje wat van ons niet zou hoeven is muziek in het sanitair (staat nietheel hard)
    Maar we hopen zeker nog een keer terug te komen.
