The area has an extensive network of trails and paths and offers plenty of opportunities to enjoy the beautiful nature. Wildlands Zoo Emmen

Are you looking for a unique combination of attractions and animals? Then discover Wildlands Zoo, a 17-minute drive from the campsite. The park is divided into different areas, with each area having a different theme with different animal species and attractions. For example, you can take a boat trip through the jungle, where you can see wild animals and experience an impressive waterfall. In the savanna area, you can take a safari tour and see giraffes, zebras and rhinos up close. The indoor area features an aquarium and a butterfly garden. Besides the animals, Wildlands Adventure Zoo also has several attractions, such as roller coasters and a climbing course. There is something for everyone to experience and the park is suitable for both young and old.

In 1853, Vincent van Gogh was born in a house in Zundert. Today this house is a museum, which you will find an 8-minute drive from the campsite. The museum displays the life and work of Vincent van Gogh, one of the most famous painters of all time. Walk through the house where Van Gogh grew up and learn about his early years and the influences that shaped his artistic vision. The museum also features a collection of Van Gogh's artwork and personal effects, such as letters and sketches. There are also temporary exhibitions throughout the year.     Een Camping die mooi had kunnen zijn. Echter erg veel achterstallige onderhoud. De douches en toiletten waren erg vies,bij de putjes lag van alles.. Er was net een lek geweest bij de chemische toilet stortbak, dat kan gebeuren. Maar maak de vloer dan ook schoon. Om naar de Dames toilet/douches te gaan, moesten we door de menselijke uitwerpselen lopen en de geur was niet uit te houden. We hadden gelukkig een Safaritent met toilet. Maar de bril was los. Bij de bedden lagen hopen plukken stof, dit was echt al van jaren. In de gleuven van het tafeltje lag een wattenstaafje(dit kan toch echt niet) Ik heb astma, en dit was niet gezond. Ook de kinder fietsjes waren stuk, verrot. Waar er op de camping caravans gestaan hadden, was het gras weg of geel. Repareer dit als het seizoen voorbij is, zo ook de kinder fietsjes. Er waren padjes met een soort bruggetje over een sloot. Leuk maar ook deze planken waren verrot. We hadden doorgegeven dat we in een rolstoel zitten, en of de auto bij de tent kon. Een mail terug gekregen dat dit geen probleem was. Echter bij aankomst vertelden ze dat dit niet mocht, en ze geen mail gezien hadden?? Ook was er een hoge opstap om in de tent te komen.Buiten hangen lampjes, gezellig maar ze zitten vol met water. Erg gevaarlijk. Al met al erg slecht onderhouden safaritent.
