Summary created out of 191 reviews

The park is beautifully situated in the middle of the forest and is appreciated by guests for its tranquillity, space and beautiful natural surroundings. The reception staff are generally friendly and helpful, and the cleanliness of the accommodations and the park itself is often a positive point. The indoor pool with slide and the option to use the adjacent outdoor pool for free are well received. However, many guests point out that cleaning is inconsistent, particularly in the pool changing rooms and sometimes also in the lodges. Additionally, the restaurant is described as limited in opening hours and quality, leaving room for improvement.

The park definitely has the potential to offer much more. The restaurants and cafes don’t open until 12:00 and close as early as 20:00, and on top of that, they’re closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays!

Otherwise, it’s a beautiful, green park with nice campsites and clean restroom facilities.

What a huge disappointment. A dirty cottage that hadn’t been cleaned—dog poop and a drug pipe in the yard when we arrived. The cottage was full of ants, dirty stains, and bloodstains on the pillows. No food available at the restaurant; the mini-disco for the kids was canceled at the last minute while the kids were waiting. A filthy pool with lots of dirty hair and other grime. The staff themselves even complained that they weren’t allowed to serve food. We’ve seen lots of people leave early—as our neighbors put it so well, this is “Center Parcs from AliExpress.” Upon arrival, you get a nice email asking, “How was your check-in? Is everything to your satisfaction?” Then you fill it out with all your complaints, and you never hear back. When we arrived, it took us two hours to clean the cottage up a bit ourselves.
