Near Amsterdam on the beach in Almere are 6 wagons with a magnificent view of the Markermeer.
A Tiny Wagon is a shed converted into a small cozy sleeping place, equipped with 2 sleeping places with mattresses and pillows. Inside you can make coffee or tea. There is also a shared kitchen and shower room.
In the wagon there is a double or bunk bed and a table with 2 chairs. Pillows and comforters (2 times single) are provided, bed linen and bath linen can be rented optionally.
On a trolley is a kettle with which tea or coffee can be made. In a common kitchen, equipped with refrigerator, stove and microwave, meals can be prepared. Pots and pans, crockery and cutlery are provided. Shower and toilet are right next to the wagons. On the terrace is a picnic table.
In the adjacent marina you can use a washing machine and dryer for a fee.
The wagons are right next to a marina where there are several restaurants with waterfront terraces. Surfboards, sups and canoes can be rented on site. You can also take sailing and catamaran lessons. A little further on, within walking distance is a supermarket and there are several cafes where you can also enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner.
The wagons are easily accessible, 20 minutes by train from Amsterdam to Almere-poort station. From here it is a 15-minute walk to the wagons. There is also a bus from the station to the Jachthaven.
The Tiny wagons are even winter-proofed and equipped with heating. Are you coming by car? Then it is possible to park for free.

De ligging. De bewging rondom de tiny wagons etc. De aankleding. Ik vond het raar dat tiny wagons nr 2 en 4 niet verhuurd waren, maar ook niet te huren waren op de website. Ik hád heel graag in tiny wagon 2 willen verblijven. Die kijkt mooi over het meer uit.
