This hike of 26 kilometers northeast of Sneek, is perfect for discovering the rural surroundings around Sneek. Rest and enjoy the surroundings on one of the numerous picnic benches in the middle of the peace and nature. 26 kilometers too long? Shorten the route by turning off earlier.

Guests particularly appreciate the friendly and helpful staff, the modern and clean sanitary facilities with free hot showers, and the spacious pitches with direct electricity connection. The campsite is ideal for water sports enthusiasts thanks to its private harbour, the opportunity to swim in the canal, and the rental of canoes and SUPs. Areas for improvement include the proximity of the provincial road which is clearly audible during the day, the absence of toilet paper in the toilets, and the limited WiFi quality.

A car-free campground, meticulously maintained down to the last detail, with its own dock on a lovely inland waterway. You’ll receive a warm welcome from the family members who run the campground, and they’ll show you to your site. A convenient all-inclusive rate, so no fuss with shower tokens or kWh meters. Do bring your own toilet paper to the restroom building, which is clean and pleasantly heated but not particularly modern. You can rent an electric-powered rowboat. The charming downtown area of Sneek is just a stone’s throw away. We had a wonderful stay. We’d definitely come back.

Tot in de puntjrd verzorgd autovrij terrein met eigen haven aan leuk binnenwater. Vriendelijke ontvangst door familieleden die de camping runnen en je naar je plaats begeleiden. Comfortabel all-in tarief, dus geen getrut met douchemuntjes en/of kWh-meters. Wel eigen toiletrol meenemen naar weliswaar schoon en prettig verwarmd, maar niet meer al te modern toiletgebouw. Mogelijkheid tot huren van een elektrisch aangedreven sloep. Gezellige binnenstad van Sneek op steenworp afstand. Fijn verblijf gehad. Voor ons voor herhaling vatbaar.

Camping Pasveer has beautiful, spacious sites by the water; if you enjoy fishing, these are the ideal spots to reserve. The restrooms are excellent—they’re well-maintained, clean, and well-kept. You’ll need to bring your own toilet paper, or you can buy it there—which is understandable, since it has been known to go missing or get flushed down the toilets. The campground itself is conveniently located just a stone’s throw from Sneek; by bike, you can reach the city center in 10 minutes, where you’ll find plenty of shops and restaurants to suit every taste.
The campground is geared toward vacationers without small children; there’s no playground or entertainment, but if you have a boat, the campground does have a ramp to launch it, and you can moor your boat next to your RV if you have a waterfront spot. The owner is friendly and always hard at work keeping the grass looking its best. Camping pasveer heeft mooie ruime plekken aan het water, wanneer men van vissen houd zijn dit de ideale plekken om te reserveren. Het sanitair is prima, het wordt goed bijgehouden schoon en verzorgt. Wc papier moet men zelf meenemen of is te koop wat begrijpelijk is want het werd nog wel is ontvreemd of in de potten geworpen. De camping zelf ligt op een gunstige locatie op een steen worp afstand van Sneek, op de fiets ben je binnen 10 min in het centrum wat veel winkels en horeca heeft voor ieder wat wils.
De camping is gericht op vakantiegangers zonder kleine kinderen er is geen speeltuin of animatie maar wanneer men een bootje heeft heeft de camping wel een helling om de boot te water te laten gaan je kunt je boot voor je caravan aanmeren wanneer je een plek aan het water hebt. Eigenaar is vriendelijk en altijd druk in de weer om het gras er zo goed mogelijk bij te laten liggen. Al met al kom je voor ontspanning rust of vertier op het water vlak bij Sneek is dit een ideale uitgangs positie. -
