Beautiful and peaceful location! We stayed in pod #3. It was very nicely designed; inside, it had all the amenities you need, a great mattress, a wonderful shower, and a toilet. Your private outdoor area is really nice and well-designed—a private glamping spot where you won’t be watched by others. It features a wonderful hot tub (easy to operate … and no hassle to enjoy it whenever you want), a picnic table, an extra seating area for two, and a luxury BBQ. I thought the communal kitchen in a greenhouse was a great solution and works perfectly. The grounds are cozily arranged, with hammocks scattered here and there for relaxing. The large pond, perfect for wading and maybe even fishing, is wonderful—it’s big enough, and in the middle of the pond, you can cross a little bridge to a small island, which makes it even more fun. The area around the glamping site is wonderful for walking, and you can pick up fresh eggs at local residents’ homes. Read more Show less

We arrived on Friday afternoon at a quiet campground. We had plenty of time to take a leisurely stroll around the campground. The tent was beautifully set up. No need to bring camping gear—just clothes. Our Bell Tent 500 had a Nespresso coffee maker, a fan, heated beds (which we didn’t need because of the beautiful weather), and cute bedside … lamps. Outside, there are two comfortable chairs, a picnic table, a fire pit, and a Komado BBQ. There’s a small greenhouse that serves as a kitchen. Here, you can use the stove and help yourself to plates, cutlery, and glasses or cups. There’s a spacious dishwashing area, where dish towels, dish soap, and sponges are available. We had an incredibly wonderful weekend. Peaceful surroundings, hiking in the Frisian Woods, and the Eleven Cities towns nearby to explore. It was great! We’ll definitely be back! Read more Show less

What a fantastic place to be. We were able to make our way to our tent (a large 4-person tent) on our own, and everything was neat and tidy. It’s a spacious campground with plenty of privacy. The small lake was perfect for our son to fish and our daughter to go stand-up paddleboarding. We used the small BBQ, which is really nice to have right by … your tent. The restrooms were exceptionally well-maintained and clean. We were assigned a shelf in the fridge, and since we had a cooler with us, that was plenty for our needs. The beds were very comfortable, and on the colder nights (13 degrees), we had the heated beds—lovely. It was nice to have a Nespresso machine in the tent to make a nice cup of coffee in the morning. We had a wonderful stay and really relaxed in this beautiful spot with such a nice atmosphere. You can really tell that a lot of love has gone into this place. Having your “own” little garden (with a hot tub and BBQ) gives you plenty of privacy, which is also nice. We even extended our stay by one night—it was that wonderful. Highly recommended!

We thoroughly enjoyed two wonderful days of peace and quiet—what a lovely place with comfortable beds, amenities, a shower, and plenty of space. And the hot tub is amazing!!!

Just one small suggestion… a few lounge chairs by the cottage would make it absolutely perfect.
