In a beautiful spot on the park, overlooking the pond from your porch, you will find the Glamping Pod. This accommodation is suitable for 2 people and has its own bathroom, a lovely Emma bed, small kitchenette and nice couch.

The Glamping Pod is also mostly about being outside. Next to the Pod is a nice spot created with picnic table, lounge chairs, a Solo Stove fireplace and of course the Wood Burning Hot Tub. Upon arrival, the hot tub is already filled for you and all you have to do is heat it up yourself. There is one wood package waiting for you, additional wood can be purchased at the park.

And do you like fishing? You can do so without a permit in the carp pond.

    Beautiful and peaceful location! We stayed in pod #3. It was very nicely designed; inside, it had all the amenities you need, a great mattress, a wonderful shower, and a toilet. Your private outdoor area is really nice and well-designed—a private glamping spot where you won’t be watched by others. It features a wonderful hot tub (easy to operate … and no hassle to enjoy it whenever you want), a picnic table, an extra seating area for two, and a luxury BBQ. I thought the communal kitchen in a greenhouse was a great solution and works perfectly. The grounds are cozily arranged, with hammocks scattered here and there for relaxing. The large pond, perfect for wading and maybe even fishing, is wonderful—it’s big enough, and in the middle of the pond, you can cross a little bridge to a small island, which makes it even more fun. The area around the glamping site is wonderful for walking, and you can pick up fresh eggs at local residents’ homes.

    Prachtige en rustige locatie! Wij verbleven in pod #3. Erg leuk opgezet, binnenin waren alle voorzieningen aanwezig die je nodig hebt, geweldig matras, heerlijke douche en een wc. Je prive buitenplaats is erg leuk, goed opgezet, een prive stukje glamping zonder bekeken te worden. Voorzien van een heerlijke hottub (simpel te bedienen en geen gedoe/moeite om op elk moment ervan te kunnen genieten), picknick tafel en een extra zitje voor 2 en een luxe bbq. De gezamenlijke keuken in een kas, vond ik een geweldige oplossing en is perfect) Het terrein is gezellig ingericht, hangen her en der hangmatten om te chillen. De grote vijver om op te subben en evt in te vissen is heerlijk en is groot genoeg en in midden in de vijver kan je via een bruggetje op een eilandje komen wat het extra leuk maakt. Het gebied om de glamping is het heerlijk om te wandelen en verse eitjes te kunnen scoren bij huizen van lokale bewoners.

    We arrived on Friday afternoon at a quiet campground. We had plenty of time to take a leisurely stroll around the campground. The tent was beautifully set up. No need to bring camping gear—just clothes. Our Bell Tent 500 had a Nespresso coffee maker, a fan, heated beds (which we didn’t need because of the beautiful weather), and cute bedside … lamps. Outside, there are two comfortable chairs, a picnic table, a fire pit, and a Komado BBQ. There’s a small greenhouse that serves as a kitchen. Here, you can use the stove and help yourself to plates, cutlery, and glasses or cups. There’s a spacious dishwashing area, where dish towels, dish soap, and sponges are available. We had an incredibly wonderful weekend. Peaceful surroundings, hiking in the Frisian Woods, and the Eleven Cities towns nearby to explore. It was great! We’ll definitely be back!

    We kwamen op vrijdagmiddag aan op een stille camping. Genoeg tijd om even een rustig rondje camping te doen. Een heerlijk verzorgde tent. Kampeerspullen hoeven niet mee, enkel kleding. Onze Bell tent 500 had een Nespresso koffiezetapparaat, een ventilator, verwarmde bedden (die wij niet nodig hadden vanwege het mooie weer), en leuke bedlampjes. Buiten staan er twee comfortabele stoelen, een pic nic tafel, een vuurkorf en Komado bbq. Er is een kleine kas die dienst doet als keuken. Hier kun je gebruik maken van het fornuis, borden, bestek en glazen of bekers pakken. Er is een ruime afwasplek, waar theedoeken, afwasmiddel en sponsjes ter beschikking zijn. Wij hebben een ongelooflijk lekker weekend gehad. Rustige omgeving, wandelen in de Friese Wouden, elfsteden plaatsen dichtbij om te ontdekken. Was top! Komen zeker terug!

    What a fantastic place to be. We were able to make our way to our tent (a large 4-person tent) on our own, and everything was neat and tidy. It’s a spacious campground with plenty of privacy. The small lake was perfect for our son to fish and our daughter to go stand-up paddleboarding. We used the small BBQ, which is really nice to have right by … your tent. The restrooms were exceptionally well-maintained and clean. We were assigned a shelf in the fridge, and since we had a cooler with us, that was plenty for our needs. The beds were very comfortable, and on the colder nights (13 degrees), we had the heated beds—lovely. It was nice to have a Nespresso machine in the tent to make a nice cup of coffee in the morning. All in all, a very successful weekend, and we’ll definitely be back. Three nights isn’t enough to truly unwind ;-)

    Wat een fantastische plek om te zijn. We konden zelfstandig naar onze tent(grote 4 persoons) en alles wat netjes. Het is een ruim opgezette camping met veel privacy. Het kleine meertje was heerlijk voor onze zoon om te vissen en onze dochter om te suppen. We hebben gebruik gemaakt van de kleine bbq, wat erg prettig is om bij je tent te hebben. Het sanitair was uitstekend verzorgd en schoon. We kregen een lade toegewezen ik de koelkast en omdat we een koelbox bij ons hadden was dit voldoende voor ons. De bedden sliepen prima en in de koudere nachten(13graden) hadden we de verwarmde bedden, heerlijk. Fijn om eenNespresso in de tent te hebben om sochtend lekker koffie te zetten. Al met al een zeer geslaagd weekend en we komen absoluut een keer terug. 3 nachten is te weinig om helemaal te ontladen;-)

    We had a wonderful stay and really relaxed in this beautiful spot with such a nice atmosphere. You can really tell that a lot of love has gone into this place. Having your “own” little garden (with a hot tub and BBQ) gives you plenty of privacy, which is also nice. We even extended our stay by one night—it was that wonderful. Highly recommended!

    Heerlijk verblijf gehad, lekker tot rust gekomen op deze prachtige plek met fijne sfeer. Je voelt dat er veel liefde in de plek gestoken wordt. Door je ‘eigen’ tuintje (met hottub en bbq) heb je veel privacy, wat ook prettig is. Wij hebben zelfs met een nacht verlengt, zo heerlijk is het. Aanrader dus!

    We thoroughly enjoyed two wonderful days of peace and quiet—what a lovely place with comfortable beds, amenities, a shower, and plenty of space. And the hot tub is amazing!!!

    Just one small suggestion… a few lounge chairs by the cottage would make it absolutely perfect.
