Akkrum may not be a big town, but you certainly won't be bored. Take a nice village walk or enjoy one of the beautiful parks. Visit Coopersburg, a beautiful monumental building with a landscaped garden with ponds and bridges. Also don't forget to visit Kromme Knilles and Manke Meine, the "giants of Akkrum." Still every year in May "Reuzedei" is celebrated in Akkrum.

    A very nice vacation home. We really enjoyed the peace and quiet and the proximity to the water. We had fantastic weather at the end of May. The grounds and our house were very well maintained. The fenced property should also be mentioned. Ideal with a dog!

    Ein sehr schönes Feriendomizil. Wir haben die Ruhe und die Nähe zum Wasser sehr genossen. Wir hatten traumhaftes Wetter Ende Mai. Die Anlage, sowie unser Haus waren super gepflegt. Auch zu erwähnen ist noch das eingezäunte Grundstück. Mit Hund optimal!

    Our stay at Tusken de Marren was a really great experience and we would come back anytime. We particularly liked the quiet location right on the water - as far as we could see, every house had access to or a view of the water. The park is perfect for anyone who wants to relax without the hustle and bustle or party atmosphere. The houses are very clean, modern and excellently equipped. We particularly liked the fly screens on all the windows and even on the patio door - a huge plus, especially in summer by the water. You can just tell that a lot of thought has gone into this. The service was also uncomplicated and pleasant: renting a boat is very easy online and if you have any questions, you get help or the right link immediately. The bread roll service in the morning was also very practical. Akkrum itself is a cozy little town with a nice town center, restaurants, small stores and a supermarket - many things are even within walking distance. Thanks to the good location, you can also make wonderful excursions around Sneekermeer and the surrounding area. For us, a clear recommendation for a relaxing vacation in beautiful surroundings!

    Unser Aufenthalt im Tusken de Marren war wirklich eine tolle Erfahrung und wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Besonders schön fanden wir die ruhige Lage direkt am Wasser – soweit wir gesehen haben, hatte wirklich jedes Haus Zugang oder Blick aufs Wasser. Der Park ist perfekt für alle, die entspannen möchten, ohne großen Trubel oder Partyatmosphäre. Die Häuser sind sehr sauber, modern und hervorragend ausgestattet. Besonders positiv aufgefallen sind uns die Fliegengitter an allen Fenstern und sogar an der Terrassentür – gerade im Sommer am Wasser ein riesiger Pluspunkt. Man merkt einfach, dass hier mitgedacht wurde. Auch der Service war unkompliziert und angenehm: Boot mieten funktioniert ganz einfach online und bei Fragen bekommt man sofort Hilfe bzw. den passenden Link geschickt. Der Brötchenservice morgens war ebenfalls super praktisch. Akkrum selbst ist ein gemütlicher kleiner Ort mit netter Innenstadt, Restaurants, kleinen Geschäften und Supermarkt – vieles sogar fußläufig erreichbar. Durch die gute Lage kann man außerdem wunderbar Ausflüge rund um Sneekermeer und die Umgebung machen. Für uns eine klare Empfehlung für einen entspannten Urlaub in wunderschöner Umgebung!
