    We will very probably not come back. An hour after our arrival, the heating in the house still hadn't warmed up, at -2 degrees outside, and when we went to reception it was already closed. Several employees were obviously still working behind the curtains and ignored us. After knocking several times on various doors, we were turned away in a totally unfriendly manner and had to put up with the employee's bad mood. Anything but customer-friendly. As no one from EuroParcs came to look at the heating and its error message after several hours, we had to get creative ourselves and after several hours we were able to heat the house to a barely bearable temperature. Unfortunately the house doesn't look anything like the pictures on the internet.

    Wir werden sehr wahrscheinlich nicht wieder kommen. Eine Stunde nach Ankunft ist die Heizung bei uns im Haus noch immer nicht warm geworden, bei -2 Grad draußen, und als wir zur Rezeption sind war diese schon geschlossen. Mehrere Mitarbeiter offensichtlich hinter den Vorhängen noch am arbeiten, haben uns ignoriert. Nach mehrfachen klopfen an verschiedenen Türen wurden wir total unfreundlich abgewiesen und durften die schlechte Laune der Mitarbeiterin abbekommen. Alles andere als Kundenfreundlich. Da von EuroParcs nach mehreren Stunden immer noch keiner gekommen ist um sich die Heizung und ihre Fehlermeldung anzuschauen mussten wir selber kreativ werden und nach mehreren Stunden konnten wir das Haus auf eine gerade so aushaltbare Temperatur aufheizen. Leider entspricht das Haus auch kein bisschen der Bilder im Internet.

    We were here for the first time during the Christmas vacations. All those negative reviews are really exaggerated. I myself am sometimes a bit pedantic, but a vacation is just there to let go of daily responsibilities for a while. Our cottage was certainly cleaned. If I had paid attention to all the details, I'm sure I could have found something, but after arriving I took some time to do a few things on my own, and it was absolutely no problem. It is unfortunate that people are so quick to write negative reviews and immediately give only one star. This campground is beautifully located, with beautiful surroundings and a clean, lovely warm pool. Our cottage was well equipped and modern. The staff at the reception was also friendly. Our children had a wonderful time here. Also, the restaurant is beautifully decorated. We have never eaten such delicious spareribs. My husband ordered a piece of meat and it was really, really delicious. The spaghetti for the kids was not salted or peppered and therefore very bland, so I would not recommend it. But the rest of the dinner was excellent - we haven't eaten so well in a long time. Also, the service was great. Sometimes it is good to forget the details for a while and focus on relaxation and fun during your vacation. We would love to come back here again.

    Wij waren hier voor het eerst tijdens de kerstvakantie. Al die negatieve recensies zijn echt overdreven. Ik ben zelf soms wat pedantisch, maar een vakantie is er juist om de dagelijkse verantwoordelijkheden even los te laten. Ons huisje was zeker schoongemaakt. Als ik op alle details had gelet, had ik vast wel iets kunnen vinden, maar na aankomst heb ik even de tijd genomen om een paar dingen op mijn eigen manier te doen, en dat was absoluut geen probleem. Het is jammer dat mensen zo snel negatieve recensies schrijven en meteen maar één ster geven. Deze camping is prachtig gelegen, met een mooie omgeving en een schoon, heerlijk warm zwembad. Ons huisje was goed uitgerust en modern. Ook het personeel bij de receptie was vriendelijk. Onze kinderen hebben het hier fantastisch gehad. Het restaurant is bovendien prachtig ingericht. We hebben nog nooit zulke heerlijke spareribs gegeten. Mijn man bestelde een stuk vlees en dat was echt, écht ontzettend lekker. De spaghetti voor de kinderen was niet gezouten of gepeperd en daardoor erg flauw, die zou ik dus niet aanraden. Maar de rest van het diner was uitstekend – we hebben al heel lang niet zo goed gegeten. Ook de bediening was geweldig. Soms is het goed om de details even te vergeten en je tijdens je vakantie te richten op ontspanning en plezier. Wij zouden hier graag nog eens terugkomen.
