    The location and the houses are really beautiful. However, we were disappointed by the staff at the park and felt left alone, for example when we had problems with the e-chopper. They seemed rather listless and disinterested, only referring us to the company that runs the choppers for replacement. Unfortunately, this "mood" persisted.

    Die Lage und die Häuser sind wirklich sehr schön. Von den Mitarbeitern im Park waren wir allerdings enttäuscht und haben uns alleine gelassen gefühlt, beispielsweise, als wir Probleme mit dem E-chopper hatten. Sie wirkten eher lustlos und desinteressiert, verwiesen nur auf die Firma worüber die Chopper laufen zum Austausch. Diese "Stimmung" hat sich leider durchgezogen.

    We had an amazing family stay at EuroParcs Bad Hoophuizen! We drove all the way from the UK, and it was absolutely worth it—easily one of the best parks we’ve ever visited. It’s huge, peaceful, and beautifully maintained. The staff at reception were incredibly friendly and helpful. We arrived late, but everything had already been arranged for us, and the check-in was smooth and hassle-free, which we really appreciated. There’s so much to do for families, from the lovely beach to the great swimming pool. The atmosphere is so relaxing—perfect for unwinding and spending quality time together. We had such a wonderful time and made great memories—definitely a place we’d love to come back to. Highly recommend!

    We arrived here yesterday, at the reception not very friendly welcome. Did not find them interested, rather blunt. The chalet was downright very dirty, spinnerag, floor dirty, very outdated furniture. The park in itself is nice. The second day we first cleaned the chalet and now I like to clean but especially on vacation that should not be necessary, of course keep it clean, but as dirty as it was in the chalet, no. We have previously been in EuroParcs Maasduinen and Susteren well they can suck a point. We are still here 2 weeks but will not choose this park again.

    Wij zijn hier gisteren aangekomen, bij de receptie niet echt vriendelijk welkom geheten. Vond ze niet geïnteresseerd, eerder bot. Het chalet was ronduit erg vies, spinnerag, vloer smerig, erg verouderd meubilair. Het park op zich is wel mooi. De tweede dag eerst maar eens goed schoongemaakt en nou mag ik graag poetsen maar juist op vakantie zou dat toch niet zo nodig moeten zijn, natuurlijk wel schoon houden, maar zo vies als het in het chalet was, nee. We zijn eerder in EuroParcs Maasduinen en in Susteren geweest nou daar kunnen ze hier een puntje aan zuigen. Wij zijn hier nog 2 weken maar zullen niet weer voor dit park kiezen.
