  The reservation conditions apply to every booking. After receiving your reservation confirmation, you still have 24 hours to cancel your reservation free of charge.

  Below you will see the costs incurred when cancelling a reservation:

  • for cancellations up to three months before the start date: 15% of the agreed price.
  • for cancellations up to two months before the start date: 50% of the agreed price.
  • for cancellations up to one month before the start date: 75% of the agreed price.
  • for cancellations within one month before the start date: 90% of the agreed price.
  • for cancellations on the day, or after the day of the start date: 100% of the agreed price.

  If the rented object can be sublet, the following amount will be charged:

  5% of the agreed price.

• Payment information

  payment deadlines:

  • 25% 8 days after bookings date
  • 75% 21 days before arrival date

  
  

  You will have to pay 100% if you are Booking less than 21 days before departure
