Einen Stern für die wirklich schönen und großen Stellplätze bzw. der gepflegten Wiese. Alles andere irgendwie seltsam. Mit der Buchungsbestätigung kommen Infos, die man gerne vor der Buchung gewusst hätte. Man muss sein eigenes Klopapier zur Toilette mitnehmen und am besten auch gleich Seife und nen Handtuch weil nichts davon ist vorhanden. Wir … standen an der Strandzicht. Das eine Toilettenhaus, welches in der Hauptsaison wahrscheinlich auch von den Badegäste genutzt wird, ist weder sauber, noch groß genug für die Anzahl an Gästen, außerdem ziemlich weit vom Platz entfernt und nur über Wiese und Hang (ohne Treppen) erreichbar. Die Sanitärgebäude mit Duschen noch weiter entfernt, man muss Duschmünzen kaufen, kann die Wassertemperatur nicht regulieren und ist auch nicht sauber obwohl die 2 Reinigungskräfte präsent sind, die den Dreck eher von links nach rechts schieben. Das Hallenbad enthält Duschen, die man ohne Münzen verwenden kann und die sauberer wirkten. Ansonsten eher nen Trailerpark mit Dauercampern. Read more Show less

Wij zouden vandaag vertrekken, maar zijn vanwege het slechte weer én onze ervaring met de camping al eerder, op dinsdag, vertrokken.

Op de website worden mooie dingen beloofd en staan prachtige foto’s, maar helaas komt dit totaal niet overeen met de werkelijkheid. Wij vonden het een erg slechte … camping. De toiletten waren niet schoon en ook de manier van schoonmaken liet veel te wensen over. Zo werd eerst het toilet schoongemaakt en vervolgens met hetzelfde doekje de rest van het gebouw. Ik heb dit zelf gezien.

Daarnaast is het restaurant, voor zover wij hebben begrepen, al ongeveer twee jaar gesloten. Op de website wordt echter niet duidelijk vermeld dat het restaurant gesloten is vanwege een verbouwing. Dit vinden wij erg misleidend, zeker wanneer het restaurant wel onderdeel lijkt te zijn van de presentatie van de camping.

Al met al zijn wij erg teleurgesteld. De verwachtingen die door de website worden gewekt, komen naar onze ervaring absoluut niet overeen met de werkelijkheid. Wij zouden deze camping daarom niet aanraden. Read more Show less

I’d like to share my feedback about our stay. First of all, I have a lot of respect for the housekeeping staff and the receptionist; they do their best, and I certainly appreciate that.
Unfortunately, the showers and restrooms were often very dirty. You can see that some guests, unfortunately, leave a huge mess behind, which makes it difficult … for the housekeeping staff to keep everything clean. Still, I’d appreciate it if extra attention were paid to this.
Also, the cafeteria could stay open a little longer. For families with children, there isn’t much to do, unfortunately, especially for kids over 12. Bowling and other activities are actually very much appreciated by families. It’s a shame that these activities close before 10:00 p.m. For example, if you want to go bowling at a quarter to 10, you’re told they’re about to close. Of course, this could be communicated in a slightly more customer-friendly way.
I was also approached because I was riding my electric bike around the campground. Due to my health and the hot weather, I have trouble walking long distances. I use the bike, among other things, to pop over to the supermarket and get around. I explained this, but unfortunately, I didn’t feel much understanding for my situation. I found that disappointing.
In general, there isn’t much for children over 12 to do, and that could use a bit more attention.
Once again, my compliments to the front desk clerk and the housekeeping staff. They certainly deserve recognition for their hard work. Hopefully, you can take my feedback into account so that everyone’s stay can be even more enjoyable. Read more Show less

Disappointing experience at Chalet G4 – the value for money is completely off

The chalet itself was the biggest disappointment for us. It simply wasn’t clean. Upon arrival, we didn’t feel like we were entering a freshly cleaned and properly prepared vacation home. For around 300 euros per night for four people, this is absolutely … unacceptable in our view. At this price, our expectations regarding cleanliness, amenities, and the general condition were correspondingly high.
The bed linens we’d ordered were missing and were only briefly left with us after we asked for them. In the bathroom, there was hair on the toilet, in the sink, on the floor, and in the shower!
The unmade beds were dusty, covered in crumbs, and also littered with hair!!
Disgusting!
The mirrors were completely smudged, just as dirty as all the window panes! In the bedrooms, countless dead mosquitoes were stuck to the walls.
There was absolutely no deep cleaning done before our arrival!! And all this for 300€/night!
Otherwise, the amenities at Chalet G4 are good.

I booked through the “Vipio” website. When we booked, we received an email stating that the chalet would be available for check-in starting at 3:00 p.m. However, the receptionist denied this, saying we couldn’t check in until 4:00 or 5:00 p.m.

The facilities at the vacation park also reinforced our disappointing impression. The swimming lake had very little water and was closed due to blue-green algae. This completely ruled out one of the activities we had actually planned to enjoy.
We only took a quick look at the indoor pool—it was completely outdated.
The bowling alley was also showing its age.

All in all, we were very disappointed. For about 300 euros for a single night, we would have expected clean accommodations and a well-maintained vacation park.

We don’t think the value for money is there at all. Based on this experience, we wouldn’t book Chalet G4 or the vacation park again. Read more Show less

The restrooms are fine
. The pool is fine. The access road to the campground needs to be repaved because the trailer bottoms out. The electrical hookups are outdated. Some of the site numbers are missing. A few other things could also use some renovation. If these issues are addressed, I’d be happy to come back, because the campground as a whole is worth another visit.
