    Location of the park is beautiful. Park itself is chaotic. Difficult to find chalet. Everything in the chalet was broken. The flushing system of the toilet stuck, lamp above sink was broken, lamp extractor and hood did not work. Window in kitchen could not open, so fire alarm went off. When calling, no one answered. Report done. Was not taken very seriously. 2 days before departure someone came. Never mind, our stay was already ruined. Complained, response was a standard feedback. Asked for a personal reply. Like notification, this also takes time.

    Ligging van het park is mooi. Park zelf is chaotisch. Moeite om chalet te vinden. In het chalet was van alles kapot. Het doorspoelsysteem van het toilet bleef hangen, lampje boven wastafel was kapot, lampje afzuigkap en de afzuigkap deden het niet. Raampje in de keuken kon niet open, dus brandalarm ging af. Bij bellen nam niemand op. Melding gedaan. Werd niet erg serieus genomen. 2 dagen voor vertrek kwam er iemand. Laat maar, ons verblijf was al verpest. Klacht ingediend, antwoord was een standaard terugkoppeling. Gevraagd om een persoonlijk antwoord. Net als melding laat dit ook op zich wachten.

    Unfortunately, like many. The cottage was dirty when we arrived. Seemed like it had (almost) not been cleaned. In addition, the cottage, especially the bathroom, was in need of maintenance. There was a very foul smell in 2 rooms, probably due to the mattresses.

    Helaas, net als velen. Het huisje was vies toen we aankwamen. Leek alsof er (bijna) niet schoongemaakt was. Bovendien was het huisje, en vooral de badkamer, aan onderhoud toe. In 2 kamers hing een hele vieze geur, waarschijnlijk door de matrassen.

    Very bad experience. Cottage with sauna. Maintenance was poor. Major stains in ceiling due to leakage. Poor cleaning. Nail on nightstand, stain in carpeted bedroom, mold on ceiling by shower, dirty cutlery in drawer, leftover bread in oven. Sink clogged in bathroom, cord of blind broken, sewer smell in hallway. No instructions for using the sauna. Snack bar was open but no one was there. Turned out we had to order this online. Then we went to the neighboring park. Landal was open and we could eat there. This was not at europarcs Beekbergen. We will never go here again. That will be clear.

    Zeer slechte ervaring. Huisje met sauna. Onderhoud was slecht. Flinke vlekken in het plafond door lekkage. Slecht schoongemaakt. Nagel op nachtkastje, vlek in de vloerbedekking slaapkamer, schimmel op het plafond bij de douche, vies bestek in de la, broodresten in de oven. Wasbak verstopt in de badkamer, koordje rolgordijn kapot, rioolgeur in de hal. Geen gebruiksaanwijzing voor de sauna. Snackbar was open maar er was niemand aanwezig. Dit moesten we bleek online bestellen. Toen zijn we maar naar het naastgelegen park gegaan. Landal was wel gewoon open en daar konden we het ook opeten. Dit was niet bij europarcs Beekbergen. Wij gaan hier nooit meer heen. Dat zal wel duidelijk zijn.
