As the name suggests, Pavilion Waterfront 4 is located directly on the water. This detached chalet is suitable for 4 persons. In the cosy living room you will find a sitting area with television and a dining area. The open kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, kettle and coffee machine. There are 2 bedrooms: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds or a bunk bed. There is also a bathroom with shower and toilet. Through folding doors you reach the eye-catcher of the Pavilion Waterfront 4: the terrace at the waterfront with garden furniture. At this chalet you can park 1 car and there is free Wi-Fi available. Please note: some of the houses have their own jetty. You can book this with preference when you make your reservation.

    We stayed for 5 days in a 6-person bungalow right on the water. The park itself is small, but very nicely laid out. We chose the park because of the advertised dog beach. However, this is just a tiny overgrown bay with two dirty sun loungers on it. Before that, you have to walk through an overgrown wooded area. We didn't really want to spend a moment there. Unfortunately, there were no opportunities for a walk in the immediate vicinity either. The location of the house itself was very nice. Otherwise, we were rather disappointed, especially in terms of the condition and cleanliness. The house as a whole smelled very musty, the dishwasher stank, as did the shower drain in the bathroom. Some of the dishes in the cupboards were still dirty. The large window fronts had certainly not been cleaned this year. Outside on the terrace, the tufts of hair from all the dogs that had lived there before us gathered. The barbecue.... Well, I wouldn't have put anything edible on the grill. The house was freezing cold. The heaters only worked for a short time and then on full throttle, then everything went out again. The only way to warm up the living room was with the electric fire. The bathroom was freezing cold the whole day. No possibility to hang up a towel in the bathroom. Difficult if you have shower towels for 6 people. The store is a room with two fridges and a shelf with a cash register for self-scanning. Theoretically, there are bread rolls for breakfast. If they are not empty or you are still standing in front of a closed door at 10:00. On the whole, I do not recommend this park.

    Wir waren für 5 Tage in einem 6-Personen Bungalow direkt am Wasser. Der Park an sich ist klein, aber sehr schön angelegt. Wir haben den Park aufgrund des angepriesenen Hundestrandes ausgesucht. Dieser ist aber nur eine winzige zugewachsene Bucht, mit zwei verdreckten Liegen darauf. Vorher muss man durch ein verwildertes Waldstück laufen. Sich dort einen Moment aufzuhalten war für uns eher nicht gegeben. Möglichkeiten für einen Spaziergang gab es in der nächsten Umgebung leider auch nicht. Das Haus an sich, war von der Lage sehr schön. Ansonsten waren wir eher enttäuscht, vorallem was den Zustand und die Sauberkeit anging. Das Haus hat im Ganzen sehr muffig gerochen, die Spülmaschine hat gestunken, ebenso der Duschabfluss im Bad. Das Geschirr in den Schränken war teilweise noch schmutzig. Die großen Fensterfronten waren dieses Jahr sicherlich noch nicht geputzt worden. Draußen auf der Terrasse sammelten sich die Haarbüschel aller Hunde die vor uns dort residierten. Der Grill…. Naja ich hätte auf den Rost nichts essbares gelegt. Das Haus war eiskalt. Die Heizungen funktionierten nur kurz und dann auf Vollgas, dann ging alles wieder aus. Einzig mit dem Elektrokamin konnte man das Wohnzimmer etwas temperieren. Im Bad war es die kompletten Tage eiskalt. Keinerlei Möglichkeiten im Bad mal ein Handtuch aufzuhängen. Schwierig wenn man von 6 Personen Duschhandtücher hat. Der Shop ist ein Raum mit zwei Kühlschränken und einem Regal mit Kasse zum selbst scannen. Theoretisch gibt es da zum Frühstück Brötchen. Sollten diese nicht gerade leer sein oder man um 10:00 noch immer vor verschlossener Türe stehen. In großen und ganzen empfehle ich diesen Park nicht weiter.

    So the houses are ultra-small for 6 people. The beds are also ultra-small. The mattress was great! It was not clean, at most swept clean by the previous tenant. We were allowed to put a boat at the house. But had 2 with 🫣. There were discussions, but it was solved satisfactorily. Thank you for that! The equipment in the kitchen was good.     Also die Häuser sind ultraklein für 6 Leute. Die Betten sind ebenfalls Ultraschmal. Die Matratze war top! Es war nicht sauber, höchstens besenrein vom Vormieter. Wir durften ein Boot ans Haus legen. Hatten aber 2 mit 🫣. Das gab Diskussionen, wurde aber zufriedenstellend gelöst. Danke dafür! Von der Ausstattung in der Küche war es gut. Die Sanitäterräume waren auch top. Insgesamt aber zu teuer. Grüße Marcel van Lipzig
