Go back to basics in a tiny house. Because although Tiny House 4 is small, it is cleverly laid out to give it a spacious feel. In the house you will find everything you need for 4 people. In the living/bedroom of the Tiny House, you will find a cosy sitting area with a television and a gas heater. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge and a kettle. In the living room there is a sleeping area for 2 people that can be closed off with a curtain. A ladder takes you to the sleeping loft with another 2 sleeping places. Furthermore, this Tiny House has a bathroom with shower and toilet. Outside you'll find a sunny terrace with garden furniture. You can park 1 car at the house and there is free wifi available.

    We’ve visited many vacation parks in the Netherlands over the past few years. Unfortunately, we’ve rarely stayed in accommodations in such poor condition. We’ve also had much better experiences with other providers when it comes to how they handle complaints.
    Numerous issues were already visible upon arrival: The toilet was dirty, there were … still dried-up traces of toothpaste from the previous guest in the sink, and a freshly laundered bedspread was stained. About ten dead, dried-up mosquitoes or flies were still hanging on the wall above the bed, at the level of the headboard. In addition, some of the dishes were dirty, and a considerable layer of dust had accumulated under the beds.
    Particularly concerning was a broken smoke detector lying on the lawn in front of the accommodation. There were also technical issues; among other things, the switch for the range hood light was defective.
    In our opinion, the cleaning staff should receive better training, and the final cleaning should be monitored much more carefully. Overall, the accommodation did not give the impression of being well-maintained.
    For cleanliness and technical condition, we therefore unfortunately can only give a grade of 6-. For the price charged, we had expected significantly more.

    Wir haben in den letzten Jahren viele Ferienparks in den Niederlanden besucht. Leider haben wir selten eine Unterkunft in einem so schlechten Zustand übernommen. Auch hinsichtlich der Freundlichkeit im Umgang mit Reklamationen gibt es bei anderen Anbietern deutlich bessere Erfahrungen.
    Bereits bei der Ankunft waren zahlreiche Mängel sichtbar: Die Toilette war verschmutzt, im Waschbecken befanden sich noch angetrocknete Zahnpastareste vom Vormieter und ein frisch gewaschener Bettbezug war fleckig. An der Wand über dem Bett hingen auf Höhe des Kopfteils noch etwa zehn totgeschlagene, vertrocknete Mücken bzw. Fliegen. Zudem war das Geschirr teilweise nicht sauber und unter den Betten hatte sich eine erhebliche Staubschicht angesammelt.
    Besonders bedenklich war, dass ein zerbrochener Rauchmelder auf dem Rasen vor der Unterkunft lag. Auch technisch gab es Mängel, unter anderem war der Schalter für die Beleuchtung der Dunstabzugshaube defekt.
    Unserer Meinung nach sollte das Reinigungspersonal besser geschult und die Endreinigung deutlich sorgfältiger kontrolliert werden. Die Unterkunft machte insgesamt keinen gepflegten Eindruck.
    Für Sauberkeit und technischen Zustand vergeben wir daher leider nur die Note 6-. Für den aufgerufenen Preis hatten wir deutlich mehr erwartet.

    Everything was great. We arrived on Monday. The welcome was very friendly, and the staff really go out of their way to help. The accommodations aren't brand new anymore, but they're clean. The park is also nice—even for the dog.

    Alles super. Am Montag sind wir abgekommen. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich, die Mitarbeiterinnen geben sich Ehr viel Mühe. Die Unterkunft ist nicht mehr ganz neu, aber ordentlich. Der Park ist auch schön, auch für den Hund.
