Tiny House 2 is a small but modern accommodation where you can retire completely, close to nature on a small number of square metres. The detached chalet is modernly furnished and has a sitting area with sofa and television, dining table and small kitchen with combination microwave, fridge freezer and dishwasher. The bathroom is also on the ground floor, with shower cabin, sink and toilet. The sleeping area can be reached via stairs to a cosy and intimate sleeping loft where the double bed is located. Outside, you can enjoy your private terrace with garden furniture and parasol. You can use the free Wi-Fi. Please note, It is not possible to place a baby bed / camp bed in this accommodation.

The 'dog beach' is disappointing – it's merely a very small access point to the water – and the restaurant and shop have limited opening hours and selection.

    We made our reservation based on photos on their own website (europarcsveluwemeer.nl). But what a letdown!!! Unfortunately, the website is seriously outdated. There’s no restaurant like the one in the photo. The lunch restaurant was closed for 3 days (!) and the other “restaurant” is just a takeout spot for fries and snacks. Didn’t see any pizza, … etc.! Not even on the menu there (half of it had been crossed out with a marker)
    The mini-shop is really MINI and nothing like the photo at all. There’s no meat for a meal, just a small selection of basic items + a looooot of candy.
    The laundromat was supposed to work with a token available at the front desk, but that’s not true either—you actually pay by debit card at the on-site machine... We never saw the entertainment team, and the water sports center was closed; they suggested we go to EuroParcs Bad Hoophuizen instead... When we returned the key card, the front desk admitted there was an ant infestation; they were working to control it since the bait stations weren’t helping. The only positive thing was that we had enough supplies in the cottage to cook for ourselves. The website said it was a quiet park, but we heard loud shouting twice during the night. No security or anything like that... Well, if they don’t enforce the rules…
    We’re usually quite satisfied with EuroParcs, but unfortunately, we won’t be returning to this location. I emailed the front desk with the above comments about the restaurant on the second day (August 14); as of today (August 29), this inquiry has still not been answered.

    Op basis van fotos op hun eigen site (europarcsveluwemeer.nl) zijn we gaan boeken. Maar wat valt dit tegen!!! De website is helaas zwaar verouderd. Er is geen restaurant zoals op de foto. Het lunchrestaurant was 3 dagen dicht (!) en het andere "restaurant" is een afhaaltoko voor patat en een snack. Geen pizza enz gezien! Ook niet op de menukaart ter plaatse (daar was de helft met stift op de kaart weggeveegd)
    De minishop is echt MINI en totaal niet zoals op de foto. Er is geen vlees voor eventueel maaltijd, slechts een klein aantal basis dingen + heeel veel snoep.
    De wasserette zou met een muntje gaan verkrijgbaar bij de receptie, dit klopt ook niet want het is ter plekke bij de automaat met pin betalen ... Het animatieteam nooit aanwezig gezien en het watersportcentrum was gesloten, of we even naar EuroParcs Bad Hoophuizen wilden gaan... Bij het inleveren van het pasje gaf de receptie toe dat er een mierenplaag was, we waren bezig om te bestrijden aangezien de lokdoosjes niet hielpen. Het enige positieve is dat we in het huisje genoeg spullen hadden om zelf te koken. Het is een rustig park zei de website, echter in de nacht 2x flink geschreeuw gehoord. Geen beveiliging of wat dan ook... Tsja als er niet op gehandhaafd wordt ....
    EuroParcs zijn wij normaal gesproken best tevreden over, helaas op deze locatie komen wij niet meer terug. Receptie met bovenstaande opmerkingen over het restaurant op de 2e dag gemaild (14 augustus) tot op heden (29 augustus) is deze vraag ook niet beantwoord.

    We received a phone call during our trip letting us know that our house was already ready.
